 Case Status is 21 April 2021:
 " case is being actively reviewed by uscis"

how long it will take to get approved ??thank you

Congrats!! Great news, since your case had been transferred to Potomac, if I remember correctly! Keeping my fingers crossed for a fast approval! (And hoping ours will get actively reviewed soon as well ha ha)

So I was finally able to add my case online yesterday. Still just indicates that my case was received and a receipt notice was sent. I noticed on the documents tab, they only uploaded my i130a and bona fide documents. Is it weird that the rest of my app was left out.

I noticed the same. But they only uploaded the last page of the i130a. Nothing else

It's strange, they uploaded a file called "part2" to ours, which was 25 pages of random pages of our passports, marriage certificate, wife's birth certificate, etc.

Yeah mine was the same. I guess it's nothing to worry about then

Yeah. At least it's something, right?! I wonder where "part1" is, maybe it's not uploaded because everyone I talk to seems to see part2 only. The USCIS process is so mysterious/random isn't it?

For sure. Let's just hope they move quickly in approving all of our applications.

Mine was part1 only  Part 2 was missing
