Thank you,

I have not receive the approval letter in mail at this moment however, they have uploaded approval notice on my USCIS online account and that letter is showing from Potomac Service Center.

Nice. If your case really approved at the Potomac service center then it's really great news for the people who are waiting for their cases to be approve at this location.

I am so heartbroken.  Our online account says our case is in Nebraska.  The receipt we received by mail says Nebraska.  I decided to check with Emma today just because and it says we've been transferred to Vermont!!!! The slowest possible office!  We went from 2.5-7 months to 28-36 months!!!  This is just awful news 😢

Us too! PD Feb 27.. Nebraska to Vermont, Canadian beneficiary 😭

Don't worry about it, I have seen some of cases that got transferred to Vermont got approved quickly within a month or 2.

USCIS says our was transferred immediately from what I have understood (different answer everytime I ask, but frequently that it was sent right after we filed...). So that would be 3 months next week and not even to under review yet. 😭 It's hard to wait. I think about taking a new teaching job that gives me summers off, but don't want to go if it's only for 1 year, but I have no idea if it will be 1 year or more than 1 year.

If you go look at all of the approved and unapproved i-130 petitions of VJ members that are being processed in Vermont.

https://www.visajourney.com/timeline/monthly_filers.php?form=2&visa=3&scenter=2&option=3&sortby=1

It looks like there is a case unapproved from June 2020 where the member is still active here.  We really hope that couple will see some movement soon.  Pretty much all of the rest of the cases at Vermont filed up until February 2021 are either approved already or the member hasn't logged in for months and undoubtable hasn't updated their timeline.  So if you go by the VJ Vermont list, it looks like they have mostly finished up to February 2021 and it would at least seem promising they might start approving February 2021 petitions next.

Same here. And since we both filed I-129F last year it REALLY sucks waiting again (I never even got NOA2). It looks like Potomac is taking about 10 months for approval. I expect a USCIS approval in January. Im just settling in and waiting and not checking anymore. Its hard.

yes it's super super hard...i have to tell myself many many times that be positive...

I really hope we get some movement soon. My VJ profile said June 1-July 31 as their guess.. we are so hopeful ! It sucks so hard being apart. I bookmarked this page. Thank you for sharing it.

Good day everyone, Please i need your answer to this question.

I'm filling the I-130A form for spouse beneficiary and on the Part 9 which is the additional information page, I have no additional information. What should i do? leave the page blank? I will like to hear from those who's filled theirs without any issue as i have heard from people that all spaces should be filled. Me and my spouse will be filling by mail.

All helpful answers will be appreciated. God bless you all

Hey everyone,

I got my noa1 two weeks ago for my i130. I still haven't received my online access code. That's supposed be sent by mail; isn't it? Should it be taking this long to arrive? I assume there's no way to track it down?

We mailed our i130 on March 2nd. Didn't get the paper noa1 until April 6th. Then we got the online access code in the mail on April 11th.

I got a notification this morning my case is being actively reviewed. 🤷‍♀️

Found love, thought I wanted this path, two years later realized my partner was not worth all the stress 😁
