Sent in an I-129f and got the text it was received. The receipt number shows that it is at Potomac being processed with my I-130!

Found love, thought I wanted this path, two years later realized my partner was not worth all the stress 😁

I doubt it will do anything but I thought it was interesting and confirmed that it paired them together if you file it!

I would like to do this but I have not received a I-797C which is asked for when you file I 130…  my online status gave me my receipt number and now it says currently being reviewed but no NOA1 on my documents link 😞 been over 2 weeks since submitting online

No not one in mail and not one on my documents link tab online … the only thing I have is the payment receipt with the IOE number in it but not the official 797c and of course when you speak to someone they say it will take up to 30 days for response lol everything takes so long

Oh yes. And for most (but theres a lucky few handful) The USCIS processing part can take well over a year on its own :(

Yes as I am seeing … makes me very sad as I can not go live with my husband in his country due to medical issues … I can only hope that they come up with some way to make this process faster

Our I-130 was approved today with the NOA2 attached in the documents tab!

Congratulations, that's very quick!

That’s awesome! Ours is actively reviewing status as of 5/12 just like you, so hoping ours will be approved soon too!

Great! Hope you get some good news soon!
