I-751 Timeline

1/3 Filled I-751 and Sent on 1/10

1/17 Got USCIS IOE#.Case was received and a receipt notice was sent.

1/23 Check cashed

1/26 Case Tracker update :Biometrics appointment was scheduled.

2/2 Received Bio appointment in mail and rescheduled the bio appointment online

2/6 Received  NOA and extension letter in mail

2/7 Done Bio in person and status changed to "Actively reviewed"

Checking in and making sure everyone is doing okay. My process ended as we are divorcing. Was all just too much!! Happy many of you got your visas though!

I submitted online on May 1, 2021 and I got the NOA1 notification almost immediately I can see the status they received my petition and gave me my IOE# but on my account under documents there is not a pdf of the NOA1. Is that unusual ? Then 5 days after submitting it went to under review … I was shocked at how fast that happened but read somewhere else that when you go into review early that chances are you will sit that way for months. 🤷‍♀️ I’ve decided I’m gonna get a second job to stack money and try to keep busy during this time. Missing my husband 🇺🇸❤️🇳🇬

Same here! Mine's at Nebraska Center and showed "Actively Reviewed" as of 5/12/21.

That’s awesome! Yeah our NOA1 that was mailed to us has Nebraska on it, but I checked with Ask Emma agents like 10 times and it was definitely transferred to Texas. I wasn’t  expecting anything until like October, so this would be a great surprise if something happens soon!

Same thing with ours, except when I checked with Ask Emma agents, they kept saying it was in Nebraska! Never sure where it will be at this point. Hoping for the best for us both! :)

Even though your case was transferred, I believe it will still be processed according to Nebraska processing times because state of Illinois falls under Nebraska Service Center jurisdiction. I wish you luck 🙏And Hopefully you will get approval soon!! Congratulations in advance.

It means no further action from you is needed. All is fine. 

They have this block because some notices will say things like "fingerprints need to be taken" and the action will be to go and get your biometrics. Its just a notice of receipt so no action is needed from you.
