I think Priority date = NOA1 .no matter when you get the mail notice.cos we all received the mail(not online notice) late than Priority Date. And the timeline we refer to is PD not the day you receive the mail notice.

Yes, correct. We mailed ours on the 2nd of March, and it was delivered to the lockbox on March 5th. We didn't get the receipt until March 31st, but our priority date is still listed as March 5th.

For anyone worrying to much about if Ask Emma said Texas or anyplace else, my NOA1's said Texas.  I checked on Ask Emma and was told again the cases were definitely being processed in Texas.  NOA2's came at 49 days showing approved by Nebraska which is NOT where anyone said my case was being processed.  So I kind of think wherever they say your case is, may not be helpful in predicting any outcome.

Mine has been actively reviewed since April 2nd. They have uploaded a bunch of our documents to the online account. Have you checked to see if they've uploaded any of your documents?

No my online account doesn't work since yesterday

That is not my question. I understand the timeline. It does not show how long it took to go from actively reviewed to NOA2.

Looks like it was "actively reviewed" on Monday according to their earlier post.

No but i can't access my documents my case history

I actually think this is a good thing. In a facebook group I'm in, they said when this happens it means they are making a decision and you can't upload anything else.

Found love, thought I wanted this path, two years later realized my partner was not worth all the stress 😁
