I only filled the I-130.. they received it on March 29... it took them 17 days to cash the check 🙏

 same thing happened with me 
 My husband  sent the petition for me last February, he received the NOA1 at 22 March  when I checked online it said Nebraska service center but in the paper mail it says Texas till now

how would I know online which service center is processing my I-130, notice says TSC!!🙏

Use the live chat on the USCIS website or call and ask. It's the only way to be sure. The notice is the second most accurate, but has been wrong before!

Is there anyone here who's online notice does NOT say Nebraska? I'm pretty sure everyone's does. But I am also yet to see one person who checked with Ask Emma or Called USCIS and was told their case was actually there! lol

I read somewhere that it's been confirmed that all electronic receipts will say Nebraska. I can't remember where though.

I know its tempting but I'm exhausted trying to figure it all out. And just gutted we were assigned Potomac. Even though its not listed on the USCIS website as the slowest, according to VJ its the slowest and smallest. I'm not even actively reviewed. Ugh!

My cousin submitted online on 3/2/2021. Status changed to actively being reviewed 4/20/21. Online status says Nebraska and paper notice is from Texas.

My cousin case was approved today. Onto NVC stage.  I will update with approval notice location.

Hi everyone! I’m in need of some advice as our situation has changed. 
 

Shortly after I filed the I-130 for my husband (he lived outside the US/never been in the US before, I live in the US) he applied for an H2B work visa and got approved for it. He’s now in the US working for the company that sponsored his visa in a different state from where I live. 
 

I spoke to my attorney about AOS and she advised we shouldn’t do it yet until he’s physically living with me because we run the risk of USCIS believing it is a fraudulent marriage. We have proof of all the times I’ve visited him in Mexico as I do have friends and family down there as well along with all the other evidence we sent off with our I-130. We also don’t want to get into trouble if he just moves over here with me while still being under contract with the sponsoring company. 
 

Should we wait to file AOS or should we go ahead and do it now? His contract expires the end of November which I estimate it’ll be around the time he will be scheduled for an interview if we file soon. And of course, we want to be together as soon as we can!

We filed online and our online NOA1 and our paper NOA1 both say Potomac!

Wow that's the first online receipt I have seen that isn't Nebraska! Maybe if you call the USCIS they will say your petition actually IS in Nebraska 😆

Hi Everyone 

I hope you all are doing well. Just give you an update. My husband and I got married in December 2020 in Pakistan and we filled for the Spouse visa on 31st March 2021. We mailed the form i-130 and i-130A with the required documents. So day before yesterday( on April 20th,2021)  I received the text from USCIS with a Receipt number it says Form 1-797 to follow in mail. I checked my case update on Case Tracker App and it says our case will be processed from Nebraska Service Center. Also the i checked the account and $535 was deducted on April 21st as well.

That’s great! Congrats! We filed in January and our status is saying “actively being reviewed by uscis” since February 16. Really Hoping for some good news soon.
