Cool! Your priority date is 3/8 too so they are counting from when it was received, which is good. Our priority date is 3 days before yours. Did you receive the letter or the online notice? Or both?

I received the letter

Finally, after 6 weeks of waiting and waiting, received the NOA1 yesterday. :)

PD: 3/8/21

Received NOA1: 4/12/21

Texas Service Center  (although it says Nebraska online ;) )

Wow that was so quick and congratulations!! 6 weeks after applying and getting approval is blessing.

It's not the approval yet, just the confirmation that it was received. The NOA2 is the approval. Hopefully it comes fast too!

Oh no, that's not for the approval. That was 6 weeks of waiting to get our received receipt. I'm sure we've still got many more months of waiting for an approval. 😕

If you check immigration timelines during Obama administration they were quick but this trump guy tried to delay everything even spouses even though his own wife was immigrated just like our going to.

I am so confused... I filed online on 2/26/21 and obviously it says Nebraska, sooo I decided to check with Ask Emma and find an agent to tell me where the case is.

Agent 1: Texas

Agent 2: Texas

Agent 3: This was today. She said that one of their systems show Texas, which is incorrect. The case is actually in Nebraska.

I have no idea what to think.

The tier 1 reps can’t really see much. Ask for a call  back from a tier 2

Found love, thought I wanted this path, two years later realized my partner was not worth all the stress 😁

In my case it took about 10 days lol. Not business days though, just regular days! And they don’t really give that much more info but for peace of mind it may be worth it.
