I  got approved today!!!!!!!!!!   PD  2021/3/25 1st AR  2021/8/24 2nd AR 2021/9/23 NOA2 2021/9/30

Checking in and making sure everyone is doing okay. My process ended as we are divorcing. Was all just too much!! Happy many of you got your visas though!

I-751 Timeline

1/3 Filled I-751 and Sent on 1/10

1/17 Got USCIS IOE#.Case was received and a receipt notice was sent.

1/23 Check cashed

1/26 Case Tracker update :Biometrics appointment was scheduled.

2/2 Received Bio appointment in mail and rescheduled the bio appointment online

2/6 Received  NOA and extension letter in mail

2/7 Done Bio in person and status changed to "Actively reviewed"

Although my case was AR for the second time on 09/23 ,there is still no good news this week. :(

I am trying to keep positive 

It's a long long journey till i find my way home to you

You will definitely get the approval pretty soon. As for me, not even On AR stage.. still a notice of acceptance. I’m so down right now 🙁

It is a garbage system, lol. Try changing the name of your document.

I was trying to upload some additional documents from The Netherlands, but I got the same error. I emailed said documents to my wife, for her to try. She got the same error. Then later on in the day, she tried again. Same documents, same names. And it worked.

Later, I tried again but some other document. That didn't work again. Then I changed the name from "Proof of relationship - hanging out with friends 2019" to "Photos" and it worked. So try naming the documents simple.

Everyday I optimistically check our case status, and every day I am disappointed. Today I checked, but expected more of the same. However, as of today we have the actively reviewing status for the second time! So, my optimism is back!! :) 

 

28 March - NAO1

7 April - AR

28 Sep - AR AGAIN!!
