I would like to know if I'm outside normal processing times.

Here is the case history from My USCIS:
December 13, 2019 Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received
November 4, 2019 We sent a request for initial evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status.
October 8, 2019 We accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. Our National Benefits Center location is working on your case.

The last communication that I have received (on 12/13/19) was that they received my response to the RFE.
BTW, my EAD card was approved last week, after 18 months of waiting.
I understand that I need to have the interview. The normal processing times for Miami are 14.5 Months to 38.
After speaking with a tier 1, they gave me the impression that something is off in my case. They scheduled a tier 2 officer to contact me within 72 hours, without me having to ask for it. I was told that they schedule a call back within 72 hours if there is an urgent situation.

What do you guys think?

Your timeline honestly frightens me right now. I was hoping to get my EAD 4-5 months after filing for AOS. I wish you luck and please keep us updated here as yours is an important example.

I spoke with a tier 2 officer today. She said that the normal processing times for AOS in Miami is 38 months, and that I should receive an interview appointment within 20 months... I just need to keep renewing my travel document and my EAD until then.
