NVC KEEP REJECTING I-864A

Dear all,

Please help me out, NVC keep rejecting my wife I-864A and Case FE Review note, she has tried several time to re-fil and submit but they keep rejecting the form.

 

please i need your help, i dont know may be she is filling the wrong for or she is filling it wrongly, Please any available format pls give me.

Your wife is your main sponsor and she should be completing I-864.

In case it wasn't clear, I think milimelo was saying that your wife is filling out the incorrect form (I-864A) when she should be filling out I-864 (without the A). You can get the form on the USCIS site.

She has two options I-864 or I-864EZ if she’s the only sponsor and your the only beneficiary...

Correct, and the "format for filling the form" is called the form instructions.  She should download the correct form AND the form instructions.  Then, become an A-Student of the form instructions before trying to fill it out and submit it.
