We got our approval today! NOA1 March 22. Does anyone have any idea on a timeframe of uscis to nvc? So excited!

Depends on your consulate you can look it up USCIS to NVC to consulate.

Just approved as well when I decided to keep sane by not compulsively checking. NOA2 of 14th February, talk about a valentine's day present

An update: the I-797 was received in the mail today and the notice day on it is 12th Feb, which is a Saturday. So I'm guessing it was approved on the 11th but the system only sent out the NOA2 the following day

Same! Such a sad say was hoping for another 100+ day!

I've been so perpetually disappointed for months on end that I'm like entirely desensitized at today's processing lol (even though it was still 'good' by our old standards)

I'm switching back to checking 1-2 times a day. No reason to keep checking, if it happens it happens!

Another brilliant day of USCIS avoiding 640 and 645 and working literally all around 🤔

Edit: Like blatant avoidance even, they're working in 655 and 660. That means they forgot all about the 16-18th filers and went to 24th.

Should clarify that I must've just looked at a bad time, because 3 645x just came through within the last 5 minutes (but still, that group remains humongous)

Here's the mid-day update!

One thing I want to note is that I am seeing various people get upset whenever their group is seemingly skipped or when only part of their group is worked on. I experienced this as well (they did half of 59000 then moved on and slowly pecked away at the rest of it over the span of 2 months -- and are still picking away at it), so I understand how frustrating seeing that is but if it's any consolation know that they will get to your case eventually.

With that out of the way, let's see the numbers:

57000 - 0
57500 - 0
58000 - 1 Approval
58500 - 1 Approval
59000 - 1 Approval
59500 - 0
60000 - 2 Approvals
60500 - 0
61000 - 0
61500 - 4 Approvals
62000 - 1 Approval, 2 RFEs
62500 - 4 Approvals

63000 - 4 Approvals

63500 - 4 Approvals

64000 - 0

64500 - 6 Approvals

65000 - 3 Approvals, 1 RFE

65500 - 11 Approvals, 3 RFEs
66000 - 1 Approval, 1 RFE

66500 - 0

We're looking at 50 updates so far today. Hopefully more things come through this afternoon! I want to see us breaking 100 updates per day again :(

I just checked the end of day numbers for that group, and no more were done in 640 and 645 (the latter group ending with 6 done in all). I totally recognize that it’s natural for USCIS to not complete a group before moving on (after all, we invented those ourselves lol), but the vast, vast amount of March filers being left behind is highly concerning. It would only take a couple days of dedicated processing to actually finish the 570x - 630x, for instance. The way they’re processing, many people will be waiting over a year for NOA2, which is unacceptable.

I expect the estimated processing times to change again shortly to 10-14 months. For filers past March, this is going to be an unprecedented ride.

I posted a bit later today in case we had later updates, but today we're at 63 (+13) updates. It's concerning to see us going back to the previous ranges. I really want to know what caused the sudden influx of case processing before... In any case, I'll be back again tomorrow! Hope they get their process back together soon.

I think it will be 14-16 months.

Because every month is taking almost 2 months to finish it!

And it is beyond disappointing.
