These are pretty far out and don't have much going on so if you have a case in the at range like me just check on your own. Most activity is in the middle of March right now so that's why you see question marks.

Time to run the end of day update! Let's see how the numbers changed :)

57000 - 0 (=0)
57500 - 1 Approval, 1 Other (+1 Approval, +1 Other)
58000 - 0 (=0)
58500 - 3 Approvals (=0)
59000 - 1 Other (+1 Other)
59500 - 0 (=0)
60000 - 2 Approvals (=0)
60500 - 0 (=0)
61000 - 2 Approvals (=0)
61500 - 5 Approvals, 3 RFEs (=0)
62000 - 10 Approvals, 9 RFEs (=0)
62500 - 5 Approvals, 1 RFE (=0)

63000 - 18 Approvals, 2 RFEs (=0)

63500 - 8 Approvals, 1 RFE (=0)

64000 - 1 Approval (=0)

64500 - 3 Approvals (=0)

So, all in all we had 76 (+3) updates today! Not many changes from when I ran this earlier, but even so today is definitely something to celebrate. For the first time in a long time I'm looking forward to tomorrow.

Now, that excitement being said, the USCIS isn't super well-known for finishing weeks on a high note, so there's a good chance we return back to 30-50 again.

Congratulations to everyone that has gotten their approvals so far!

It seem that USCIS has target of 100 cases per day. At 12 PM California time, when I collected the data for all months, they had 91 cases, now they are at 100 cases. Entire afternoon they processed 9 cases :D.

Lets hope they pick up steam, because, if they they continue with current processing rate, that means that backlog is probably still growing and that will have negative impact on AOS and EAD after we are over K1 part.

Honestly, a lot of it comes from my fiancé being so patient during this process and re-assuring me over time. I also know how much I love him and how much an approval would mean to us, and so whenever someone else gets theirs it fills me with joy knowing that they are celebrating together and excitedly moving forward with their life plans.

There's days that are hard, but I just have to believe that my case will be looked at eventually and then my partner and I can move forward with our life plans :)

Man I am right there with you. I am the petitioner, and I am the only impatient one. My fiancé reminds me everyday just to be patient and it will fall soon. I am just so anxious looking through  all the comments and cases.  This approval would mean so much to both of us, I would just be over the moon if it became approved. I thank you for you kind words that offer me encouragement and patience. Good luck to you !

The AOS and EAD is probably another topic to bring to the attention of USCIS on the open forums. They are supposed to obtain reinforcements this year and the next but until training is completed, it is going to remain painful.

On the other hand, if the target is 100 daily cases, and they only processed 9 this afternoon, that may mean that they left a good chunk for tomorrow in order to meet the internal targets.

I'm the beneficiary. Fiance and I have been holding strong, although it is difficult as we were living together before. We have been able to see each other a few times during this process, and that has always been a relief, so I do feel very sympathetic for all of you that do not benefit of the same privilege.

In fact, her and her parents are coming to visit me this month, so that is something to look forward to! Ice on the cake would be to receive an approval while she is here.

AOS and EAD are largely dependent on where you live and where you file. As an example, there's people who have gone through the entire process (recently) in a few months.

That being said, I do believe it is important that they continue to understand how important it is that they improve this process because of how much it impacts peoples lives, from stress, to planning, to causing depression, hopelessness, etc. I do believe the current processing times are inhumane and damaging.

Sharing a site someone shared with me for NVC to embassy processing times. If your embassy is processing normally then it shouldn't be a problem but for those who have a wait like myself the site was very interesting. Created by a very smart filer... https://visawhen.com/
