Sorry if you've been asked this before, but where/how are you getting this information?

Sorry for seeing this just now! So we're all using CaseTracker on the App Store, it parses through daily USCIS approvals/RFEs and shows us how many cases are being done and where. We can only search in groups of 500, so that's why we've been saying things like "the 63x group" and the "635x" group. Anyone can download the app and search themselves, but our community here (and on FB) regularly updates with our findings throughout the day.

Good luck today everyone!

Small update, but seeing a lot of activity in 62000-63000 ranges. Like an absurd amount of approvals at my recent query (I didn't count but probably close to double-digits in all of those ranges).

That would be awesome! I hope they are new approvals and not repeats like they did before.

63500 - 3 Approvals, 3 RFEs, 1 Other (+1 Approval, +2 RFEs)

64000 - 0 ()

64500 - 0 ()

We're rounding out the day with a bit more RFEs, and an overall count of 58 changes today. A really good number. Hopefully it continues to go up or at least stay around this amount this week.

See you all again tomorrow for the next lunch break update, haha.

After studying the aproval rate and which group they hit, i have come to conclusion on how uscis employees work.

1- they don't prioritize the groups according to numbers as we do. We arbitrary created them but this is not their calculation.

2- their criteria is this:

A- how photogenic the beneficiary is.

B- the location of the beneficiary.; North comes before south and west before east.

C- how un racist or racist the employee is.

D- the name of the applicant.

E- according to the above,  i am totally screwed,  though i love my fiancee to death and wouldn't go for anyone even if i have to wait for years.

Whoa, are you saying your own fiancée isn't photogenic? I think my fiancé is the most photogenic person on the planet 😍 Haha.

A total of 56 updates so far today.

So, comparing the data today with the data we have from January/February, it seems like they'll exhaust a group of cases down to about 20-30 left and then abandon that group and sort of peck at it over the span of a few months to eventually finish it. Seems like if you aren't lucky enough to be in the first sweep through then you're stuck waiting a year or more to see any movement on your case at all.

We can see that they have firmly decided that it's time to focus on mid-March now leaving roughly 300 people without any answers at all (in early March alone).

Thank you for the update! Yes, that's most certainly an incredible number of approvals today. And, remarkably, they all came through first thing in the morning. Perhaps we can expect 5-10 more by the end of day, if we're lucky (granted, 10 may be way too optimistic). I do wonder how much longer they'll play with the 625-635 groups before moving forward. They aren't considerably large groups, and if this speed continues, they'll each have only 60-70 left in each by the end of the week. I'm anticipating that Friday or next week we'll see the big 645x group get taken.

You're completely right about the 'pecking' analogy, though. It's very strange that some seem explicitly forgotten about as the month goes on.

Seeing approvals above, below and all around me is a real drain on trying to stay positive and up beat.....😐

I do understand that, but try to believe each approval is one approval closer to yours!
