I feel really bad for those in the January/February blocks. There was a January case today from (looking at those around it) around the 26th or so that finally got updated and it was a denial. I would be absolutely devastated if I waited over a year and ended up with that.

Not to make any assumptions, but they may have been one of those complicated cases that requires extensive background checks.

I am honestly a bit stressed out over this because I am in the 59xxx group with a March 8 NOA1, so I do feel for those who are even before me and no decision yet. It is a bit disheartening to see so many approvals for later groups and nothing yet for those of us in the earlier groups. Happy for them, but it does really suck to be in this position. I even got a response on 12/30 that my case was allegedly in active review, but that was clearly a canned response and likely not necessarily true.

I am 590xx, so that's always the first group I tend to check each day, haha. We'll get our approval before too long, hopefully :) I received a response on January 3rd that my case was being adjudicated, so I can safely assume that my case has not been lost... I think XD

Super confusing to see that the case numbers are definitely not in any particular order with NOA1 dates all over the place . Definitely adds to the stress of unknown direction of processing.  My NOA1 is March 8 also and in the 635x 's with others being later dates with lower numbers ...... crazy processing 🤪

I just called USCIS as I am supposed to be getting a call from a T3 officer and nothing yet. The rep informed me that from what he can tell, the last time that my case was touched was on 12/30, which is when I received the response stating that my case is supposedly assigned and in active review. I hope that we all receive our decisions soon. :(

With that later receipt number, I wouldn’t be surprised if your case is adjudicated soon lol.

New update now that the offices are closed for the day! Going to be including the change from this morning in parenthesis after the number. This should be fun, haha.

57000 - 0 (=0)
57500 - 0 (=0)
58000 - 0 (=0)
58500 - 1 Approval, 1 RFE (+1 RFE)
59000 - 1 RFE (+1 RFE)
59500 - 0 (=0)
60000 - 1 Approval, 5 RFEs (=0)
60500 - 0 (=0)
61000 - 0 (=0)
61500 -  Approvals, 1 RFE (+1 RFE)
62000 - 16 Approvals, 4 RFEs (+1 Approval, +1 RFE)
62500 - 5 Approvals (=0)

So, we are looking at 5 more cases touched after noon. At 39 it trended back up towards the 40s that we were seeing at the start of last week,  but heavily favoring the mid-March cases over all of the other ones. I don't check January/February, but I'm looking forward to when the overall chart gets updated to see if they went back to focusing on that backlog (I hope they did, if not for those filer's sakes).

Let's hope this week results in a lot of approvals for those who are waiting :)

Thank you for your work! If someone from the March chart can come take a look at this, I'd appreciate it; they found 33 cases overall, which I presume means 6 of the 39 cases you've found were approvals off of RFEs. At least that means almost 40 were touched, I guess. Afternoon was extremely slow, I'm very surprised by that. Perhaps we'll see a lot first thing tomorrow morning? Not sure what was being done throughout the afternoon. Thank you for your work!

Yeah, I'm not sure where they pulled their numbers from. I'm just running, sorting, and counting, haha.

I am actually running all of January/February right now as well since I want to see if there's a general slowdown of I-129F processing or not.

They processed 89 cases today, that sadly significantly less then they processed last week(average was about 100).

Eh, as @dalindeck said, the vast majority of these were done in the morning. By noon, I had personally seen 19 updates in the 620x alone - really nothing substantial happened with them afterwards. I can only presume new cases were opened and work started on them, so hopefully their updates will come through in the morning. It was a disappointing day, to be sure, but there isn't any sign that the ship has been abandoned. It's also important to recognize there are a lot of RFEs lately - meaning that the amount of March cases 'done' is actually quite deceptive, because some will be going in for 'round 2' when their responses are received. That alone compounds work far more than we can really anticipate, and further makes our predictions difficult.

Thank you for providing those! So February continues to creep down slower and slower. I know we have only a tiny representative sample on VJ, but it is interesting to me nonetheless that the February group has been incredibly quiet. 200 February filers left is a little less than 10% of their group. That's quite a lot of people you'd expect to be active and really concerned.

I've started to feel like from March onwards we're all sort of losing our collective minds, but the January/February filers seem really calm, haha. I wonder what their secret is...

Does anyone know the time it takes from NVC to Embassy interview in Philippines or how we can keep track if it?

Honestly, no Idea, I have a feeling that they have been processing February for last 2 Months and they are still not finished. Insane. And still open cases from January ? How? Why? The worst is, there is literary no person to complain to. USCIS has absolutely no accountability

Hard to say. One of the Facebook groups I am a part of has quite a few people in the Philippines, though from what I see it seems like getting an interview scheduled there is really hard. Do you know if the embassy there shut down for a long time due to COVID?

Also if anyone wants to get extra frustrated by USCIS and Jaddou (head of the agency), just start following the on Twitter, audacity that these people have. They are literary doing virtue signaling posts about non issues while compley ignoring any questions regarding back log. Jaddou is literary globetrotting around US and attending Media events and Citizenship events :D, well at least we know who is spending the money that we paid in fees.
