I was actually wondering when this would happen. The amount of people that have been inquiring for months... They also concede this is the new normal. Although if they do not start approving more cases soon enough they will have to increase lead time again.

Does that mean people that had submitted inquiries before and are waiting to submit a new one, but date is after February 10 cannot do it again?

Okay I pray, I pray with all I have, this is not a glitch - but as of 11:41 California time, there are 19 new updates for 620x alone. These are the March 11 filers. This came out of nowhere; we had like 3 approvals for most of the morning.

Edit: 5 in 625x

I have a question: Isn't 635x as the last 5 digits of the case? Mine is 616x and i am march 10th. How does thatvwork?

Correct, 635xxx which is mid-March cases.

There's not really any logic or reasoning to the order that cases are processed in. My assumption is that certain people take certain stacks of cases and work through them, and some get through their stacks faster than others.

My NOA1 is March 4th and I am still waiting.

It could be that is the case. Good luck to you and good luck to all of us.

On my lunch break so checking in on our favorite March case ranges (57000-62500) ~~

57000 - 0
57500 - 0
58000 - 0
58500 - Approval
59000 - 0
59500 - 0
60000 - 1 Approval, 5 RFEs
60500 - 0
61000 - 0
61500 -  Approvals
62000 - 15 Approvals, 3 RFEs
62500 - 5 Approvals

After running these cases, I decided to check a little bit past the usual "wall" since they seem to be favoring mid-March now over early-March to see if anything is happening there:

63000 - 0
63500 - 0

Total updates today, we're looking at 34. Curious to see how these numbers change tonight once the office closes.

These numbers are promising for those in mid-March, but I do want to throw out a warning to those in that group who are getting excited -- do so, but cautiously.

As a March 4th NOA1, I got excited when I saw cases around mine being processed, and was hopeful for the 4 weeks that it happened, but now they have moved past my group with a handful of people still untouched.

They seem to like to process 50% - 75% of a group before moving on to a new group and leaving the rest hanging for seemingly forever (a bit hyperbolic, haha).

Same here as a 61xxx applicant, seems like they’ve moved on from hitting that range heavily and mine was one of the only ones in a large chunk of the range that wasn’t approved. I get why they do it the way they do but it’s still so frustrating, and I can’t even imagine how it must feel for some people left behind from January and February.

I feel really bad for those in the January/February blocks. There was a January case today from (looking at those around it) around the 26th or so that finally got updated and it was a denial. I would be absolutely devastated if I waited over a year and ended up with that.
