My NOA1 was received by post office snail mail.

If you mean my "Outside Normal Processing Time" inquiry responses, I received it by email.

I'm expecting NOA2 by post office snail mail as well?

Sorry I mean was your case approved yet ?

Wouldn't be surprised if this is directly tied to I-129F. Although green card wait times are also up, so there's that... seems like everything associated tangentially with the K1 process is being delayed, lucky for us lol. At the same time, Ombudsman's involvement in our entire process is probably somewhat of a relief. Makes me feel like the worst is behind us, and I feel like the daily numbers show that it is.

Speaking of that, our good friends are updating the chart now, but providing I can do basic addition/subtraction, looks like we have at least 52 cases touched today! Pretty good. 620x was the last group hit today, but as I've said before, they are the last big group before 645x - so expect to see lots more of them in the coming days. They're mostly March 11 filers, so it's prime-time for mid-March. Early March filers are down super low, and keep getting picked off day-by-day (good to see!). Combined with yesterday's total, we have 99 March files touched in two days, so that's pretty cool. Of course this is slower than needed to get everyone done by the end of February, but processing should hopefully only increase from here on out. We lost two, three months of good processing time since Omnicron and the holidays, but at least we've overcome that together.

Good luck tomorrow everyone! And thank you @J&D1008 for that link to the conference! For all those interested in participating, your questions must be submitted in advance of the 2/2 meeting - I think even by this Friday? I doubt there will be a chance for live Q&A during the presentation. Hopefully a couple I-129F-related questions get into the discussion; can't imagine they won't, every time a video on YouTube goes up with "K1" shoehorned in the name, it gets like 1k views in an hour (despite it being just a rehash of the posted processing times lolol :)

Hi guys, just a curious question about the process. What happens after we get the second NOA? Does the NVC take the papers from there and transfer to the Fiancés country of K1?
I am not exactly clear on what happens and how much time it takes after this approval that my fiancé can apply for the visa or will get a notice from the embassy in Mumbai.

You welcome! Happy to share anything i come across to help...... As far as the Q&A, i think alot of questions like you said will be in regards to the K1 situation but also the green card situations after that wall street journal came out stating that over 300,000 applications were locked in a storage facility..... never ending situation. I just wonder how long it will take K1's to complete AOS/EAD/Travel Permit. I guess only time will tell...

I know it's still a little early in the day, but has anyone found where action is at today? I'm not seeing any movement from today, when we've been seeing at least some movement in the early morning.

Hey so if you Google what steps after NOA2 for k-1 it'll give you a pretty good idea. But next steps is for you to fill out i134 have those docs ready and I think you have to send it to the beneficiary. Someone on here can definitely confirm that part. Your beneficiary needs to get their police clearance documents from everywhere they have lived, but make sure they are requested at a time where your interview date is close for some reason they expire after a 3-6 months. If there is anything else I am missing Google will have your answer. After the NVC will give you the case number then the beneficiary will have some things to do.

Doesn't look like we're going to have any numbers really come in at all today. Ran around 5,000 cases in the January-March block and only found one case touched today. Not sure what they're doing over there but it doesn't appear to be dealing with I-129Fs :(

EDIT:
There's been 5 approvals in the 62500 block, which until now hasn't had any movement, so that wall has finally been broken!
3 approvals in the 62000 block.

hi @dalindeck, what is the wall at 62500?

It is bolded in this sheet as well...

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1lAwW6yWDnqV4C7D9ZC0hYurgg1DCPeMMacoXHD6LTHM/htmlview?fbclid=IwAR1LfCCgwDWERU8pofaZQPFXa9-zWuzBczgGt3zp1l_0OTsNoRleGy5l_iU

Whoever is updating, stops at 62500.

Just curious 🧐

It was the point at which no cases beyond it (outside of some abnormalities) were being processed.
