March 2021 K1 I-129F filers

I sent my Immigration assistance request with my Congressional office on 12/21 but still haven't heard anything back. Also haven't been able to get through to their offices. Can someone tell me how long it's taken them to hear back after submitting a Congressional request?

In that case, your NOA1 is 03/10, not 04/2.

Also on your case status tracker if you search your number it'll show you the most updated date. I.e received date. Download the case tracker app

You can edit your timeline for NOA1 as 3/10.

Hi guys 3/10 filer here... Even though I have spent the past two years with my fiance in Colombia, my job denied my vacation request for April to see her again. Coupled with this long wait I cant seem but to feel so down and discouraged. I am waiting for my third response from USCIS for case inquiry, the other two just said they apologize for not being able to give me a time frame.... Just looking to vent and say thanks to all those who contribute to this group with their kind words and stats..😢

It’s now been 321 days since our NOA1 with two inquiries with generic replies  it’s so frustrating watching the days go by. I do keep track on the case tracker and spreadsheets so I know what’s going on but the weeks just keep passing.

 

I wish USCIS would at least acknowledge how behind they are, Its kind of insane a lot of us have been waiting almost a year just for the NOA2.

Hey guys, March 24 applicant here! How can you track which cases numbers are being approved before yours?? Can I track that somewhere just to have an idea when mine will be ready?

I haven’t done a 3rd yet, I last got a response on January 11 for my second inquiry. It was just the generic “we’re committed to working through our caseload” email though, not the one where it says you’re assigned to an officer for review.

Use the case app tracker on App store it has the US flag and seal on it. Run the last 5 number in your range you can do like 500 at a time. You could see the numbers around your case..... Let me know if you need any help.

When did you submit that inquiry you can do it 30 days from the last inquiry submission not the reply.

It was January 3rd so I have a little over a week until I can try again.
