I don't mean to jinx us but we're doing fantastically so far. We got an approval in the 645x group for the first time in two weeks, 13 RFEs/approvals in the 600x, 10 in the 610x, 5 (iirc) in 605x, 2 in 615x, 2 in 620x, and 1 in 635x.

*Note I didn't check those under 600x, as there's been (hopefully!) a clear shift upwards and they are indeed picking those still left below as we go along.

How do you guys know what number you are? Sorry for the dumb question. Im super curious. I filed for my girl on March 11 2021

It's based on the end of your receipt number. For example, my receipt is WAC2190059XXX, so I am in the 59000 block. You want to look at the last 5 numbers.

Still pulling through for an approval or even an RFE for me soon! Sitting at 321 days now since my NOA1.

Just ran from 57x upwards, not much progress from 570x to 600x anymore. Much higher concentration above. 49 approvals/RFEs so far today, though for the first time I saw a status update saying that "request for initial and additional evidence sent." Also one simply saying some notice was sent explaining next steps. Haven't even seen those before, not sure what to classify them as.

Please check this case *61351*...I do not understand what the notice of Action on that case actually mean

@Fk254 That one just says “notice explaining USCIS’ actions mailed”... don’t think I’ve ever seen such an update, actually. Perhaps someone else here can help, but it doesn’t sound like an RFE.

You will have to wait and see what is in the documents that they mail to you. It can be a wide range of things.

I believe that means there's an intent to outright deny the petition without an RFE. Maybe some false information provided.

"request for initial and additional evidence sent" - I believe this one means the filer forget something with the initial evidence. It could be missing some pages of the actual application and they are also asking for additional evidence (proof of relationship etc)

Yup, I think that is when they didn't send proof of meeting in person, probably they just sent the form, I red some attorneys do that. And document mailed explaining ... is a NOID, which means a case probably to be denied.

Hi all! Really excited with the movement we’re seeing! The case right next to mine was approved today!

I sent in another Outside Processing Times case inquiry last week and got this email back today. Any thoughts on what this means? I saw on others that they were given a timeline (ie 45 days).

On 01/11/2022, you or your representative contacted USCIS concerning your I-129F to notify us that you believe your case is outside of our normal processing time. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.

Your case is currently being adjudicated. You will receive a notice of action*.

*A notice of action may be in a form of Approval Notice, Denial Notice, Transfer Notice , Request for Evidence, or Notice of Intent to Deny.

We hope this information is helpful and appreciate your continued patience.
