Oh geez. That's quite an unusually long time... it should be relatively quick. I was told today on the phone mine wasn't assigned yet, and the inquiry that came through an hour later confirmed that. I think the March 18th filer was told only last week theirs was assigned. Things are just a mess right now

Did you call UCIS and they will tell you that? Do you think they only talk to the petitioner or they will give information to the beneficiary?

I spoke to a tier two representative, not the contact center representatives.. that’s who told me my case was assigned to an adjudicator on 11/23/21 and that once it’s assigned to someone there is no expedited processing that can be done, expedite requests are only for once it has been received, determined if biometrics are needed or not and when it is “in line” to be assigned (since may for us)

Seeing good movement to start the day off today, 600x group has again been targeted heavily. I see movement in nearly every category up until the 620x, which is 'new'. 80 cases from January-March were updated yesterday, so our measly 30 is only a fraction of that, but at least they're no longer stalled. Yesterday was the best day in a very long while by most accounts. With <300 cases left for February filers, and a lot more attention being placed on March, things still aren't "normal" but they're certainly no longer "bad". High hopes, everyone1

what is the facebook group?

NO1 March ,2 and today got APPROVED. Finally. Definitely I was loosing hope and I was desperate. I believe it has been 310+days, stopped even tracking.

I’ve attached my two inquiries form past months. For the second inquiry they didn’t reply me so I’ve called them but it was generic talk and same day got email for the second inquiry.

Congratulations on your approval!!

For my most recent inquiry, I got the same response that you got for your second inquiry - and I also submitted it on December 17, lol. When did you receive that response?  I received that same response on December 30 and my NOA1 is March 8.

Congratulations March approvals! And thanks everyone updating the charts tonight. 27 updates overall, but a TON of those were RFEs. That’s something we haven’t considered, that lots of cases will be going through ‘twice’ because of those. At this pace, there will be like 360 more March approvals by month’s end, which is pretty sad. But they’ve been doing just as many February filers every day, and there’s <300 of those, so who knows? Perhaps we’re in for some nice 80-case-a-day times soon.

At the end of the day, we’re seeing again that people are back to work and more approvals for I-129Fs as a whole are coming in. It’s just a matter of when the full force will be on us. If they did 80 cases for us each day this month, we’d practically be done by January end.

You don’t know the purpose of the RFE until it arrives in the mail, but VJ keeps a master list of everything people have historically received on the front page of this forum!

*puts on yet another hat*

I think this is the best progress we've ever seen for March this morning! I checked only a few groups, but 600x has 12 approvals (not RFEs), 605 has 4 approvals, 610x had 1, 590x had 5, etc. Hopefully we'll continue to see more rolling in throughout the day - and movement to mid-March in the coming week!

Edit: 10 in the 580x category, do believe we've already hit a record.
