Thank you! Yes, we did file an inquiry through our congressional representative on November 8 and they replied on December 9 - "the petition will be assigned to an officer for review. Please follow up with us in 45 days to check on the status" Yesterday January 4, they updated our status to approved.

Weird. Early March is devoid of any updates, yet a March 22nd approval just rolled in. Perhaps something triggered at USCIS when the inquiry date got pushed back that far? It's been clear this week there's a strong, strong desire to get cases from all of March rolling 🤔

Im so happy some of your have been getting approved!! I still don't understand how cases from Jan are still in received state while March cases are getting approved. I thought they "process cases as they are received" hmmmm

I just talked to an agent, and told me the same thing over and over, KEEP WAITING, so vague, no helpful at all. they dont give hopes nothing. There should be a better tracker for this.

What happens after NOA 2, it goes to NVC and then how the interview is scheduled in Bogota, do we have to make the appointment or the embassy does it for us ?
