I noticed on the case tracker app that on Nov 19, a WAC # right near mine was approved. I’m March 9, 61xxx range for reference! Hopefully that is a good sign of things to come in the next few weeks.

That’s awesome news. March 9, is my receipt date and birthday. 😅 Hopefully we’ll see an approval soon.

Hopefully! Although it will be slow next week due to Thanksgiving, but hopefully things will pick up the week after. Fingers crossed!

Hi, guys! I got my NOA1 on March 24. On USCIS website, they are processed for March 25. So I tried to send inquiry. But I got this. Do I have to wait for putting inquiry more?

I got this too earlier this month. I waited a few days and tried again and it worked.

If you don't mind me asking, when did you try to submit the inquiry? I wonder because if it was around the time they reverted the inquiry date back 5 days, perhaps they're preparing to do it again and it just hasn't updated. All I know is that when I submitted one last week the very day I became eligible, I got a response saying I'd hear back by December 6th.

Still, they're clearly now in March (albeit sporadically reviewing anything from 1st to 10th, it seems), so whatever it gets pushed back to wouldn't be terribly disappointing. Home stretch!

Oh yeah possibly! I tried to first submit an inquiry on the first day it was available for my filing day of March 9 which was a few weeks ago, I believe around Nov 1. Looking at my email from USCIS it looks like I waited until Nov 9 to try again.

Case Tracker showing some more promising movement into the last WAC ranges for February and a tiny bit of March has started moving too. Chart shows some March movement totals. Mostly from today.

Thanks again CJ! Mystifying to me how it seems like there's a lot of RFE movement as of late. I almost wonder if something procedurally changed with how they're processing cases. Didn't someone note that February filers were being processed a second time, or something to that effect?

I got this response to my inquiry tonight (submitted Nov 9 ). Seems like the standard vague one theyre sending out, wah. NOA1 March 9.

"Thank you for your inquiry. We recognize your interest in the final adjudication of your pending application/petition and are aware of the difficulties caused by any delay in processing. We regret we are not able to give you a timeframe for when we will review your case but the California Service Center is committed to processing this workload. We will be making every effort to adjudicate your case in the most efficient manner based on our available resources. We appreciate your patience and understanding."
