Fellow March 26th person here; still waiting too and had to cancel our wedding. As others said, you can apply for the outside of normal processing time soon - probably tomorrow? I tried to submit it today and it said it was still within the time so I think we can apply for that tomorrow.

Yes. We had postponed it for a year. Now we are considering postponing another one (the ceremony). It is wild because if we had submitted a month earlier we could potentially be done with the whole process now.

We tried earlier and were unable, but fiancée is doing the inquiry form exactly now. Let's see if she succeeds.

It's literally impossible to plan any events without dates! My fiance and I haven't gone beyond finding a place we can do it that will be available on most days.

Hi! I'm a June 2021 filer, but I've been following the March group to see how the progress is going. They are almost done with March and it looks like they're working on the last week of filers from March 2021, which includes your group. This is a spreadsheet that is being maintained (by people tracking cases on the USCIS app, this spreadsheet isn’t government official) with updates:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/u/0/d/1-KrCTr9vliewjQfS0omnCI7eW8IqiLPJ2US4rRtpxAE/htmlview#gid=1226240405

I would assume you should hear something in the next week or so. They are on receipt date March 26, 2021 today actually:

https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

Looks like you can inquire after today. After that it depends how fast your embassy is working as to how quickly your fiance will get the visa. My embassy is caught up, so it's taking them ~2-3 months after USCIS approval to get the visa, but others like (like Philippines) are still behind and it's taking a long time to get appointments. Congratulations on your baby and I hope your fiance will be here for the birth!

Wow! Thank you so much for this, the spreadsheet is so helpful! I really really appreciate this!

We booked our wedding for august 2023 earlier last month. I accounted for the worst possible noa2 date and the worst possible interview time lol

My entire family has been complaining about an Alabama wedding in August but what can you do! My photographer and venue both need a years notice and I didn't want later

obviously we'll need to get legally married within the 90 days and I have plans to do so in pajamas. the lengths the process makes us go to 😭

We originally were planning End of Summer 2022, which would be somewhat possible on old processing time, but I'm glad we didn't.

Then we moved to September 2023. But the full ceremony would be in Portugal, and since at this moment, for the remaining March filers I cannot exclude a 15 month wait, and we still have to wait for advance parole so we can both leave USA, September is looking like a risky date.

That's so upsetting.

K1 just rewards you with more waiting once you even have your visa.

I hope you get to have your wedding in September in Portugal.

Thank you. Hope so, although we decided not to move forward with booking it until we have just, but just a little bit of certainty.

According to USCIS completion rates, USCIS was kind enough to devote 5 hours and 40 minutes of the day of one of their guys to process 8 new cases. Maybe tomorrow they will give us 6 full hours, but since it is Friday, I cannot get my hopes up.

I wasn't basing it on the 13 months - if you look at the processing time page, it will have a receipt date and if your date is before that, you can submit an inquiry. So yesterday it said March 26, 2021 so I tried to submit it. It didn't work yesterday but today (when it says March 27, 2021) it went through. So today I submitted the request but still,  I have zero confidence it will do anything. Honestly, I feel so defeated from this process

I am also a March 26th 2021, and it’s still not letting me submit :( i also feel so defeated and stuck. I lived with my fiancé in Europe for 2 years and my biggest regret is making the decision to come back to the US and not going forward with a visa in the EU (I could have gotten a work visa from doing my graduate degree there). I never thought this would be the case and it breaks my heart so much.

p.s. it’s my fiancé on this account that posts the daily updates/stats, not me. (usually meaning he is posting the end of day stats well into the early A.M his time ) just wanted to give him a shout out bc I know he puts a lot of time into it❤️

I hope you guys get some good news soon! It's the greatest struggle my goodness and I have been through together is the waiting with no hope. We are finally into the NVC and waiting for them to send it to the embassy whole she collects all of her police clearance from the countries she's lived it. But everyday we move closer to being together again. Hang in there! We're always here for y'all.

I currently live with my fiance (five years in his home) and we actually just made the decision that I will move back without him until his visa comes. 😕  I am really upset about being apart.

But thank you for posting the updates!!!!
