Don"t know why they changed the message. I think the steps are the same. Wait for change of ststus to Ready, fill DS 160, wait for email from the embassy for p3 instructions( or email them after two weeks) and when you have everything the embassy schedule the appointment.

Go to those sites they listed, see if there is something different.

I have a question for everyone. My fiancee(beneficiary) recently renewed her passport, and she now has a new passport number. Does the USCIS or now the NVC since our case was approved have to be notified?

@Boy1988, @Ivan&Maja - following NVC, the steps can differ significantly between embassies. While the February/March/April NVC threads are helpful, it's best to consult the sub-forums for each individual country (can be found on the main page of this site). Typically, a DS-160 will remain valid appx. 6 months from filling it out, so there's really no harm in doing it now; you can always 'update' it later by simply filling it out anew and bringing the new confirmation page to the embassy.

Good luck!

Hi! My fiancé and I are new to this group tracking, but we are March 26, 2021 and are curious how everyone is doing in regards to NOA2 and approvals?

We are trying to gauge any timeline we can as I am 4 months pregnant and trying to figure out if he can be here for the birth.

Does anyone have any tips in how to figure out where our application is outside of the normal tracking of case status?

Are the approvals previously untouched cases or approvals for RFEs?

I didn't track that. I'm assuming more from the later. I think @Fil&Em is including that in his updates. I'll try update my script to include that for my next scans.

Hi All,

Numbers differ slightly from Xiaova, as our scan most likely were done in different timings, but this is my last scan results.

This is not EoD.

To finish the day.

Not a dream EoD, just 4 updates (1 Approval, 2 RFEs and 1 Denial).

Funny thing I'd like to point out is that 2 RFEs are preceded by previous RFEs and responses (?), so they are not new.

Also not a very good day for the cases untouched, but I'm happy for all the people that were waiting for their RFE responses decision and got it today.

Hi! I'm a June 2021 filer, but I've been following the March group to see how the progress is going. They are almost done with March and it looks like they're working on the last week of filers from March 2021, which includes your group. This is a spreadsheet that is being maintained (by people tracking cases on the USCIS app, this spreadsheet isn’t government official) with updates:

I would assume you should hear something in the next week or so. They are on receipt date March 26, 2021 today actually:

https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

Looks like you can inquire after today. After that it depends how fast your embassy is working as to how quickly your fiance will get the visa. My embassy is caught up, so it's taking them ~2-3 months after USCIS approval to get the visa, but others like (like Philippines) are still behind and it's taking a long time to get appointments. Congratulations on your baby and I hope your fiance will be here for the birth!

Fellow March 26th person here; still waiting too and had to cancel our wedding. As others said, you can apply for the outside of normal processing time soon - probably tomorrow? I tried to submit it today and it said it was still within the time so I think we can apply for that tomorrow.
