Hopefully an easy and quick fix to get you guys back on track! I know you guys waited a crazy long time. I'll be hitting a year this week with no news (April filer) and I absolutely cannot wait to put this entire nightmare behind us.

I gathered some stats and it does look like it has been trending up the last two weeks. I only scan the March / April 2021 fliers though so it may not paint the full picture and nature of RFEs being approved may not be included so take it as an approximation.

 

Total updates for March + April for each week:

02/28/22 - 03/05/22: 285 updates

03/07/22 - 03/12/22: 278 updates

03/14/22 - 03/19/22: 220 updates

03/21/22 - 03/26/22: 270 updates

03/28/22 - 04/02/22: 252 updates

04/04/22 - 04/09/22: 334 updates

04/11/22 - 04/16/22: 368 updates

 

Fingers crossed it continues to trend upward each week.

What's more annoying is how can the RFE letter be dated Feb 2 and postmarked Feb 3 and for me to receive it on April 15th with a ombudsman in February and congressional inquiry in March both saying that they haven't gotten to it.🤨

That is extremely worrying. Fiance and I were discussing it and she was ready to release the lawyers if this were to happen with us. This seems to me bad faith.

 

On another topic. There was 4 RFEs along the weekend, on 65500 (1), 66000 (1) and 68000 (2).

This is great to give an idea, thank you! I do think it's a good sign that it's trended upward the last few weeks. Some weeks in March probably took a hit with resources shuffled around to work on expedite requests. The receipt date for inquiry now is March 23, 20221, so maybe their plan is to finish up those last few groups by next week. Yes let's hope it continues trending up 

 

Replying to the other threads, I'm sorry for the last minute RFE. That is quite frustrating. I hope it's easy to respond to it and that nobody else has the same problem. I don't know what's going on!

This is the site for case tracking. Just put your case # and that's it. When the status is ready fill in DS160. On this site you will track your case all the way to the interview and after to status issued.

I just did a quick scan and saw 21 approvals today, mostly with the 66000, 68000, and 68500 groups so the updates must have just came in. Will check again at the end of the day.
