It would really surprise me if after just a few days of it being like mailed, transferred, it gets approved. The other service centers have their own workloads too, so to get mail it and just a few days later approved? Weird. would be really cool if someone who had that transferred was in this thread lol would answer all the questions

I recall not too long ago, Nebraska was called "the place where k1 cases go to die" because once they got sent there, it would take soooooo looongg to even hear back on top of the already long wait

I'm not sure.

I just have 3 cases in my personal tracker that the status changed to transferred in the last few days and got approved already. So maybe it is not a change in service center but something internal. Not sure.

In any case, transferring a case that is already allocated doesn't seem to me a good practice. Might as well transfer upcoming cases not allocated yet. At least I would like to believe that the remaining March files are not still pending allocation while April cases are getting approved.

Hello all!

I have a question. The I-864 form is auto filled to 1 when it comes to household size, and it doesn’t let me change it whatsoever. Does anyone know how to solve this? It would be very much appreciated! Thank you!

Are you filling this for visa interview? If it's for that you should fill out form I 134. I 864 is filled out when filling for AOS. They are basically the same but I 134 is for interview.

A bit more than earlier today. Most of activity focused on pending RFE cases. Have a nice weekend, hoping next week will be better.

UPDATE: Oh, just saw Xiaova posted as well. Apologies for the double posting.

Do you or Xiaova have any idea how many cases they’ve been averaging per week lately? And if it’s improved any over the last few weeks?

that is unfairly crazy. can you tell us what the rfe is for?
