I've never seen change.org petitions do anything. People did that and beyond (contacting officals too) during border closures and never even got a response.

Im sure theres already plenty of petitions floating around on change.org one could sign already, not just that but countless officials have been contacted and their twitter comments are just complaints.

Theyre aware without a doubt, but they could always point to that chart they made and changes they promised to show theyre trying

Exactly. That was my interpretation of the press release. They acknowledge the plan, say they have an action plan, and any complaint they just point to it, saying they have an action plan, allowing them in fairness to not do anything, and if things are still the same end of next year, they just issue a new one.

67500: 1 Approval, 1 Other (Notice explaining action)

68000: 2 Approvals, 1 Other (Case transferred)

68500: 8 Approvals, 1 RFE

04/13/22: 39 Total Updates: 28 Approvals, 3 Denials, 2 RFEs, 1 Withdrawal, and 5 Others

Thank you for this.

I was just about to post. There is also:

69000 - 6 Approvals
69500 - 2 Approvals

However, nearly all of those approvals are preceded from RFEs. Not a lot of activity today for untouched cases. Still good to see a decent number of pending cases being cleaned.

Yeah, I usually include 69000+ in the April fliers since they are part of the range in the spreadsheet even though their date range is 3/30~3/31. So far April looking like it has of cases touched too. Will post those in like 30 minutes or so.

What's weird is that for 69000 and I only got 4 approvals and none for 69500. Looks like the cases in 69500(both 6997x) were actually approved 4/11 😱

Hi everyone! ~ Does anyone know why a case would get transferred? and where it would be transferred to? - poor people, it seems so late in the process to be transferred.

I don't know where this particular case would be transferred to.  However I've read somewhere that High Risk files go to Vermont, but hopefully someone with better knowledge than me can confirm.

I know you can request a transfer at times, but I'm not sure otherwise why a case would be transferred.

Hi All,

First scan of the day. App is giving me a lot of issues today:

57000 - 1 Approval
57500 - 1 Other (Case Reopened for Reconsideration)
58000 - 1 Approval
58500 - 0
59000 - 1 Approval
59500 - 0
60000 - 0
60500 - 1 Approval
61000 - 0
61500 - 1 Other (Case Reopened)
62000 - 2 Approvals
62500 - 1 Approval
63000 - 0
63500 - 0
64000 - 2 Approvals
64500 - 1 Approval
65000 - 0
65500 - 1 Other (Case Transferred to a New Jurisdiction)
66000 - 0
66500 - 1 Approval
67000 - 0
67500 - 1 Approved
68000 - 1 Other (Case Transferred to a New Jurisdiction)
68500 - 3 Approvals
69000 - 3 Approvals
69500 - 1 Approval

19 Approvals, 4 Others. We are seeing an increase of cases being reopened, and also of transfers. So maybe they are starting to send cases to another Service Center to possibly reduce workload? Or maybe they just take long to make this decision. Not sure.

UPDATE: A few of the cases transferred past few days seem to have been approved today. So perhaps having the case transferred is a good thing.

They are transferring cases to speed up processing times and sending them to a center that can move the cases forward. Yes it is a good thing.

Only CSC is equipped to process I-129F though. There was talk about them adjudicating out petitions elsewhere, but I don’t think that ever came about. I think the “case transferred” status is referring to something else that might not have a clear analogue in the system.
