Hi All,

 

Something weird happened. A lot of yesterday approvals are now showing as todays approvals. Usually this happens with a few cases but today the number is significant.

25 Approvals, 1 RFE and 1 Other this morning, for 27 cases touched. However, 11 are from yesterday, therefore "only" 14 approvals today, for 16 cases touched. The other is a jurisdiction transfer.

Hello,

 

Just received my approval today for my Petition on to the next step.  Fiance is safe in Poland so that is all that matters now.

She's very happy now we wait for the instructions.

According to the timeline it took less than a month. Most likely did the expedite.

Not the EoD update, but only changes in my last screen were 3 RFEs on groups 65500, 68000 and 69000 (1 each), and 1 Denial on group 61000. I would like to stress that RFEs are a somewhat positive thing, as it signals they are still, even if slowly, processing new cases.

That's not bad, what's your embassy to interview time? Mine says 3 days right now for my fiancee in India.

I know this question had been asked, but does the i134 only get sent to the beneficiary? Do we have to send it anywhere else?

Just to the beneficiary. After,  when filling for AOS you fill out similar form but it's called i 864 I think and you send it with the rest of the documents.
