Have you sent out a case inquiry? If yes, have you received a real response? We sent case inquiry back in December 2021 before USCIS pushed back the timeline. But only received general reply. I really want to know whether this new timeline reflects on what USCIS is actually working on.

We also sent an inquiry in December, to a non-response. Since then we have been unable to send another one, due to the two changes in processing times.

To be fair, either their timeline, or the VJ timeline are completely useless. There is no objective evidence to support they will remain in the 13 months, at least for us "Marches", considering how little they have been working on untouched cases. Predicting our cases will be done this week, this month or in 7 years is statistically equivalent as this point. I try to remain positive, but with lack of any objective evidence that anything is being processed is what kill us the most.

I'm group 68000, which still have over 90 cases left, and I have a tracker for all cases in our group, and they simply haven't touched a single new case since 17th of March, when they issued an RFE. Since then just a few approvals, but all cases approved since then had a prior RFE. And like my group there are plenty. And to be fair, is not like they shifted the load to April either, because the numbers don't add up. They are doing something else.

My guess is that they will increase the timeline again, to prevent March filers to submit new inquiries.

Quote

I haven't noticed any movement in May filers, and I was thinking if anyone checked April at all?

The below is April:

70000 - 1 Approval
70500 - 0
71000 - 3 RFEs
71500 - 0
72000 - 0
72500 - 0

2 inquiries 2 congressionals....same generic general reply of making  efforts to get case to review.

Hey all, I posted this in the Facebook group, but with work lately I am going to be too busy to post updates for at least a couple of weeks. It seems like we're at the point of very little updates in March each day now, and so it seems like you either get lucky and get approved on a day or not.

Sorry I can't keep posting daily updates but I want to give the most massive shout out to @Fil&Em who has graciously been filling in when I haven't been able to and has been much more punctual than me ❤️

Hi dalindeck,

I don't mind keep posting at all, as I run it a few times a day.

Newest updates (not end of day):

57000 - 0 (=)
57500 - 2 Denials, 1 Approval (+2 Denials, 1 Approval)
58000 - 0 (=)
58500 - 0 (=)
59000 - 2 Approvals (+2 Approvals)
59500 - 0 (=)
60000 - 1 Approval (+1 Approval)
60500 - 0 (=)
61000 - 1 Denial (=)
61500 - 0 (=)
62000 - 0 (=)
62500 - 0 (=)
63000 - 1 Approval (+1 Approval)
63500 - 2 Approvals (+2 Approvals)
64000 - 1 Approval (+1 Approval)
64500 - 13 Approvals (+13 Approvals)
65000 - 8 Approvals (+8 Approvals)
65500 - 0 (=)
66000 - 0 (=)
66500 - 1 Approval (+1 Approval)
67000 - 2 Approvals (+2 Approvals)
67500 - 0 (=)
68000 - 1 Approval, 1 Denial (+1 Approval, 1 Denial)
68500 - 0 (=)
69000 - 0 (=)
69500 - 2 Approvals (+2 Approvals)

35 Approvals, 4 Denials. 39 cases touched. Some decent activity on 64500 and 65000. I hope some of our friends got approved today. Not sure how many are new cases touched. The 2 on the 68000 are preceded of RFEs, therefore not new.

wow isn't that the most they've done in awhile?

Yup, looks like it! I just looked at the Google Sheet and if none of the above are duplicates, the last time we hit over 39/day was March 14 (44). Note that there was a brief period they did over 100/day, so we're still far off from that, but this is very promising and exciting to see. :) Hope our friends got good news, too!

Does anyone know what the colors mean? So for the longest time next to our cases there was a red bar and our status was expedite request denied.. today when I refreshed it the status still says the same but the bar next to our cases is blue…

the same happened to me. i had the red bar for expedite denial, then last week it was changed to blue, and then a day or two later my case was approved. i'm not sure if they just changed the way they color code on the app or if that means it's back to being reviewed? hopefully it means an approval will be a day or two away!

Quick question, what case tracker app is that? The one I have doesn't show bars

@Emily&Tikko @KSVJ It’s just the coloring in the app. I was in contact with the developer and he changed it so that expedite denied didn’t fall under the denied category and instead is still “other” as it is still in process and not actually denied. Same with expedite approved. It is now other and not “approved” since it’s still in processing.

Case tracker in iOS. There is a small bar graph icon in the top right corner.

How long it took for your expedited case to be approved? I heard it was two weeks, but my case wasn’t approved yet and today would be two weeks

It's the case tracker app with the American seal. When you run the search you can click on the bars above. Just search case tracker on the store
