Thank you so much for posting this!

I found it so interesting.... I got my NOA1 on Feb7th 2022, I noticed that besides the 'expedited approved' which are when Ukrainian K1s are approved, there are 5 already in my 'batch' approved... How??? How are some K1's approved so fast?

It does not work like that, lot of people got confused but an expedited approved is not that the case is approved is that they approved the expedited petition, they still have to wait up to 5 weeks for a response that can be an approval, a denial or an rfe.

Yes. Extremely disappointing. The feeling of hopelessness just keep growing.

There were still 564 cases untouched, and 766 RFEs in progress (a good bunch of those approvals seem to have been preceded by RFEs). I really don't know their strategy, if they have any at all by moving into April like that, with still 92 left in my group and 107 in the group after.

Are you sure those are I-129F?

Well, now that I it has been over a year since my petition was received, the next milestone is 13 months. By then, they will most definetely have increased the processing times to prevent more inquiries.

On a less sour note, let's see how this week goes. Based on previous week performance, any day above 30 is an extremely positive day.

Yes definitely I-129f

BUT I did just find out from another member that they could have been expedited cases as first the case goes from “request to expedite approved” to “case approved”

Keeping fingers crossed that case approval speeds up

So today made it a year  since my fiancé and I been waiting. This time last year we would have never thought it would  take this long. Im fortunate enough to be able to see my fiancé at least  twice a year but this wait has taught me patience lots of it. Congratulations to everyone who received there NOA2 already and to the rest of us that are still waiting our Moment is just around the corner .. enjoy your day/night all….

Do you need to update the letter of intent? I thought it would just be adding extra evidence if needed. Your intent is still too marry so why update?

One friend who also told me she updated letter of intent. Just put new dates and sign. I brought originals from I129f if I sent copies to USACIS,  new photos of us, airplane tickets and passport copies. In the end they didn't ask for anything except originals from I129f and documents asked in p3 packet.

Hi All,

Did not post the morning numbers, but there was only 2 RFEs. 1 in 65000 and 1 in 65500. No approvals at all.

I checked April as well and they also have no approvals and only 2RFE's

Now that the USCIS declared in that typical press release that their goal is to reduce the timeline by the end of 2023, they can now chill out for the rest of the year.
