Yes. And they will keep increasing the processing time, preventing people from submitting queries. There is no way at their processing productive they will be ever be able to clean one month of files in one month of production, even less backlog. So it will keep accruing backlog.

However, the daily production was slightly better than at lunchtime. I don't have it here, but my last check (before the end of day) had around 20 cases touched. Nothing on my group however, that remains with over 90 filings.

Nothing on mine either

This week's processing was nothing short of brutal, for sure. I'm still unconvinced they've moved on to April; I think, rather, they're reverting to their old ways of grabbing cases in the next batch without finishing the former. What was unusual about February 2021 filers is that they did not move on to March 2021 after reaching the last group. Instead, they took a month or two to get the outstanding number under 200 and then proceeded. We're seeing a spillover into April already, but I don't believe that means they abandoned March 2021 at all.

Separately, as expected, the Ukrainian expedites are going to complicate times tremendously. I'm also unsure what it will do to overall processing time (as in, for inquiries) because if a significant amount of the month's approvals are now expedites, that means NOA2 is technically well under the current times for these filers. If that gets factored into USCIS' estimates, the inquiry date may actually shoot up to April. Just a thought, however.

While I know these words don't provide comfort to those still waiting, at the very least, only 14% remain. Everyone will get done, and it's not like months ago where we were clueless as to what was happening; we expected a slowdown, and here it is. All across USCIS will be backlogged from the consequences of Russia's war, so I just please ask that nobody feels like they could've done anything differently... none of this could have been predicted or prevented, this is your journey, and you will conquer it. Good luck, troops.

I don't know how to give a link, but on Google Store (assuming Apple Store has the same), this is the app:

Thank you so much for posting this!

I found it so interesting.... I got my NOA1 on Feb7th 2022, I noticed that besides the 'expedited approved' which are when Ukrainian K1s are approved, there are 5 already in my 'batch' approved... How??? How are some K1's approved so fast?

Are you sure those are I-129F?

Well, now that I it has been over a year since my petition was received, the next milestone is 13 months. By then, they will most definetely have increased the processing times to prevent more inquiries.

On a less sour note, let's see how this week goes. Based on previous week performance, any day above 30 is an extremely positive day.

Congratulations!!!! I've been following you for a long time and am so happy to see you get done. :) Also as a note, April seems to have 31 approvals already in the very early groups. Recall that approvals come in 'batches,' so perhaps there have already been more in the past hour for March. Good luck troops!

I'm re-doing the scan. There has been 1 RFE and 1 Denial in the first 6 groups since the previous scans. Let's see. I basically keep it running on the computer while I do other stuff.
