That might be the case but if you click on the case history tab it should reflect the date your case was received by the USCIS. My opinion is that there is a distinction between when they received the form and when they received the case. Goodluck and stay strong!

Same to you!! :)

Sure I already did that and have 2 dates. March 4 and January 11. I still use the Jan 11 date. i think because you guys received your NOA-1s so fast it probably doesn't matter. And in this case these dates are conflicting each other and appears to be backdated.

March 4, 2021

Case Was Received

On January 11, 2021, we received your Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e), Receipt Number WAC219xxxxxxx, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you have any questions, contact the USCIS Contact Center at www.uscis.gov/contactcenter. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Question for anyone who knows? My timeline is:

2021-04-01: Check Cashed USCIS Dallas

2021-03-05: I-129F received/signed Lewisville, Texas

2021-03-03: I-129F sent via FedEx

I am a US citizen, and I filed the i-129f with an overseas address because I was expecting NOA1 while being overseas with the intention of moving back to the US after receiving NOA1 to complete the rest of the paperwork for my foreign fiancée and to establish residence. I work online. However, I have NOT yet received NOA1, nor received the G-1145 notifications in the email/text, even though my check was cashed 4/1/2021. So I do NOT have a receipt number WAC***. I'm thinking of waiting another few weeks before calling the USCIS number from Outside of the US at:

212-620-3418

Does anyone have any experience calling USCIS from Outside of the US? Is it a long hold or wait? What should I expect when calling?

I'm hoping to get the receipt number WAC*** soon so I can move back to the US and update the address change at

www.uscis.gov/addresschange

Does my plan sound rational? Or does anyone think my foreign address is a problem for why I have not received NOA1 yet?

At this point, I am 100% sure that our application got lost. We sent it the 3rd of March and we've heard absolutely nothing. We sent a new one a couple of days ago.

I'm sorry, know how you feel....Whis you luck with this second one!

You mean you guys got hardcopy of NOA1 after you guys called them? I probably have to call them? 😕

No I don't think you need to. They took your money yes? That means your notice hardcopy is coming.

For us, a) our lawyer did not file the form for e-notification and b) we paid the lawyer and they paid USCIS from their account so they knew when the card was charged but we did not. I'm a control freak so I got my fiance to call USCIS especially because a lot of filers around us were receiving their notice and we had not. So we called them I believe March 8th. They told my fiance that our number was xxxxxxxxxx and had been received December 28, with the receipt notice being issued February 27. A week later we received the hard copy.

I don't think us calling catalysed them to send the hard copy. I think it was coming anyway it just so happened that by the time I had flapped and panicked enough to call, the hardcopy was a week away. Technically looking at my rough timeline, the hardcopy came two weeks after the notice date.

Yes we got text but no hardcopy. We got text a week ago. I totally understand how you felt at the time. I was panicking because I thought our hardcopy of NOA1 is gone and it can happen again when we get NOA2. (I heard that NOA2 I-797 is important to submit AOS)

We’ve been waiting for hardcopy of NOA1 for a week then I need to wait 1 more week at least. After that, if I couldn’t still receive hardcopy in case, what can we do for it?

You could probably call them if you wait at least 7-10 more days and have not received the hard copy. Since you got the text though I really wouldn't worry. I calmed right down once we called and got our WACxxxxxxx over the phone even. The hard copy didn't even matter to me once I knew we had a number assigned to our case. I know the hard copy is official and therefore the most important but receiving the text would have been relieving enough :)
