I don't think so, probably they are working  on expedited cases, so they are doing that and they still need to investigate and check backgrounds

My group 655x looks like 3/4 were previous RFE approvals since I counted yesterday there were 17 not processed, and today there are 16.

Took the liberty of posting this data that the member of FB group "K1 support group" has collected from USCIS site. As someone already said, this seems as worst moment for K1 visas ever. If we had processing performance from this quartal last year, my case would be near and I'm a July filler. Omicron? Thoughts?

I am an April 5th filer but I personally know a January 2021 filer. She's already in the US (noa2 was 8 months) and I don't even have noa2, and likely won't until April/May/June.

 

Really disappointing to see everyone around you go forward but youre stuck because you didnt apply just a few months sooner 😭

 

But  those ranges dont surprise me. 10-13 months for noa2 I believe is unheard of

Omicron... NO! Last year, Covid cases were even worse and there were more restrictions.  So, no.  It's not Omicron.  I hate politics and I don't like talking about it.  But immigration in this administration is plain incompetent.   

Any techy here in California???  Maybe you can make a device, like a robotic cockroach with camera and mic, put it in their office, so we can see and hear what they're doing.  Because I'm really wondering how they do their job, like if they get way too much smoke or coffee breaks.  HAHAHAHA
