"Greetings,

Thank you for your inquiry, relating to the I-129F petition, filed with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) by Emily. Your constituent’s case is currently with an Adjudications Officer pending review. Please advise the constituent they should receive a notice of action on the case within 30 days. Please contact us again if the timeframe has expired and your constituent has not received a notice of action* from USCIS."

**This is the Response to my latest congressional inquiry on March 9th - exact same as the one I got in January.  My representative has reached back out and said the time frame has expired(as the email says to do) and is not getting any response from them.  We are on day 363 with still no information from the inquires :(

We sent our first and only inquiry some decent time after we were eligible to, essentially the reply we got was that it was not adjudicated yet.

I just wish there was more transparency.

Only 2 updates since the morning (1 Approval and 1 RFE). It brings us to 17 Approvals, 10 RFEs and 1 Other. It shouldn't change much the rest of the day, although that would be more than welcome.

I wonder what’s going on because they damn sure aren’t working in April either. This is extremely concerning

Just 2 more RFEs and 1 Denial in the afternoon. It brings us to 17 Approvals, 12 RFEs, 1 Denial and 1 Other. 30 cases touched for March (1 for April, as I only searched the first 2 groups). All we can do is hope that tomorrow it will be a better day.

At this point I feel they should automatically approve anyone that has their documents in order, just as a courtesy for having people wait 12+ months for just the NOA 2.

In the interview phase they can filter out the one's that are highly suspicious.

I wouldn't mind having USCIS automatically approving all cases from April 2021 and May 2021, just to catch up.

My receive notice is in September by the way, so I wont benefit in any way other than faster processing time.

What are your thoughts guys?

Whatever we think, they will do what they want, which is underestimating our life importance.

Of course! If you ever lose it, it's on page 13 of May filers. That's where I grab it from all the time xD

Hi All,

Morning approvals:

57000 - 0
57500 - 0
58000 - 0
58500 - 0
59000 - 0
59500 - 0
60000 - 0

65000 - 1 Approval
65500 - 0
66000 - 0
66500 - 0
67000 - 0
67500 - 0
68000 - 3 Approvals
68500 - 1 Approval
69000 - 0
69500 - 0

Again, 7 cases touched, 7 approvals.  Considering the pattern of previous weeks, where most approvals came in the morning, I would expect today to be one of the slowest days for March since a long time - hopefully that is not the case, but the numbers today are extremely slow. I'll check April filers to see if is just March that is being left behind, or if it is just a slow day on USCIS.

Thank you for always doing this, it's very appreciated.

I should get a job at uscis, imagine getting paid that much to do nothing /hj

I think I'll wait to even look this week.

Yes. I look into the first groups of April and the situation is not better, so what we may have is a complete slowdown:

70000 - 1 RFEs
70500 - 0
71000 - 0
71500 - 0
72000 - 0
72500 - 0

Maybe today it does not follow the pattern and we have more approvals througout the day.

Maybe they're on PTO
