They have directly gone to 29th march now 😭

Its never been done by an exact day basis. I don't know exactly how they do it, but it wouldn't really be feasible for it to be in a perfect order as much as we wish it to be so. That's why there's a few April approvals as well.

Yes, I always assume they allocate X number of files to officers, who according to their workload and productivity work on them. I assume this is correct because I tend to see approvals in close range.

I.e. Officer A gets 25, B 25, C 25, but Officer B is more efficient, so he finishes his and gets a new load, that naturally is ahead in time of the ones not processed yet. We also need to consider the possibility of Officers having other work other than the specific visa in discussion as well, from other Visas to overall administrative work, which could impact approval rates. And since this other work may be distributed differently among officers, this may also impact how fast a group of allocations is completed.

True. the Rep I spoke to said the process is designed to give each adjudicator the same amount of cases and time to finish each "set" but there really aren't any consequences for the ones who do not finish in time which their guideline is 30-45 days from when it is given to them.

Obviously many of us ended up in some lazy non-working adjudicator pile.  Just my thoughts as I enter 1 year 2 days 😒

Well. I used to manage a team doing case work in the finance sector. I had one guy that use to produce more than the entire rest of the team. His production alone was bigger than 6 people. Through that most of the remaining 6 were serious underperformers & there was serious lack of motivation going on for many reasons.

There is just no way you can ensure that everyone finishes the same workload on the same time. If that happens, will always be mere coincidence.

Hello all! I got my Noa 2 on Dec 23 and my fiancé came yesterday! After the approval things should move quicker! I am hoping everyone gets an approval soon!

Congratulations! Extremely happy for you guys.

Honestly, in a professional way the rep I spoke to said my adjudicator must just be lazy or a jerk and is holding mine off because of how many inquires I have sent in LOL

I was so hesitant to send inquiries for this reason! But if I didn't do anything I felt like I wasn't doing enough to get me case looked at. All in all still waiting while 5 cases around me above and below have been processed me sandwiched between

Urgh. We sent one inquiry. Hope that is not why my case is not yet being looked at. But to be fair, all cases around me are still pending, so I'm assuming it is still with the same Officer.
