First I want to thank you for committing to provide those information on a daily basis.

But I have question, do you notice changes in other months in addition to March? Because that could mean they might be processing more than 100 cases a day, and that's considered good news!

Just airline tickets & Photos. 
Yes the 2 statements were needed because thats what they asked me on my RFE for the 2 written statements. Everybody's case is different. Maybe you didn't need that.

It is helpful to have people verifying your relationship is legitimate and getting their statement notarized would also be important. I'm not sure if it's needed but in our research before submitting it was something that we saw could be added.

I only check March, but things tend to happen in the earlier months as well (January/February, for example). I haven't looked at those in a long time though.

The other thing too, I was married before got a divorced, and I have a daughter with my first husband, and I did this process before, so like I said everybody's RFE is based on their current situation.

3. 2 written statements from some one that has knowledge of the relationship. They do not have to be a Citizen of the united states. I chose my mother which lives here and my fiance’s brother which lives in haiti

4. evidence of the relationship of 2 years. So I sent pictures of my travel itinerary. I sent pictures of passport the page with my passport info and sent all the pictures of the stamps of entry and leaving. I sent pictures of our relationship. We have a son together so I sent the birth certificate. And also passport info of entry and leaving the country. The pictures I put the month and year  and who is who in the picture. 
 

PS: Before I got the RFE I personally sent USCIS a letter stating that its about to be a year since my NOA1 so I sent them some evidence that I forgot to send in my application. I know for a fact that they received it because in the RFE letter they told me on the travel itineraries that I sent there was no year. 
 

 

In my packet, I sent a ton of information like trip proof (passport stamps, ticket stubs) lots of pics, witness statements, texts, video chat screenshots,... but I didn't send call logs cause I was having a hard time figuring out how. WhatsApp deletes past call history more than like a couple months old and we've been talking solely on that app for years. So I left it out altogether. Now I'm getting terrified of waiting this long and getting an RFE for that. We're a pretty straightforward couple, both mid 20s, first marriages for both, no kids, etc. 

 

Obviously I know no one can tell me if I'm safe from an RFE or not since its up to the officer. But I didn't know we could send in evidence anytime we wanted. Is that something you guys think I should do, so close to possibly getting an answer? (so close compared to the year I've already waited lol) and also, how were some of you able to provide call logs? 😕 I'm an April filer, by the way!

Am I understanding this good, is it possible to send additional proofs of relationship and avoid possible RFE? We had vacation here in Europe after our NOA1, fiancee stayed at my house, met my parents etc. Would love to add that info to our case before decisions.

Thats perfect. I dont think you would get an RFE. In my case I forgot to send all of that with the initial application. So I thought that was why they did not respond to me. So I asked a lawyer if it was still possible to send my evidence, he said yes. It might be a coincidence, but once I sent it, I got the RFE asking for specific evidence. 
 

That is true whatsapp deletes the call logs. I tried looking it up online and there is no way to get whatsapp call logs. I saw one way was to screen shot them before they get removed with new call logs. But you have ENOUGH evidence. I will pray for your approval.

I’m a April filer also and my attorney sent in our application with no call logs, messages, or letters from others about our relationship she said this was not needed. But as I read and read more that others have sent this now I’m terrified of a RFE. 🥺😣. Someone else here posted a log of why people received RFE from a while ago I looked into it but there was only like 2 about relationship all the rest was stuff about them missing things on the application or not sending in their stuff in the other persons native language
