They have received my RFE. Now it is time to wait. This site says possibly between March 27-31. The 15th of this month would make it exactly 365 days.

I don't get that either hoping it'll be like a case where they just do a bunch in one day. I'm still not approved today either. @Emily&Tikko any luck on the what the uscis told you?

Yes Sure

1. 2x2 passport picture of me

2. If you want you can give a summary of how you and your fiance met and the dates that you traveled. (I did that) 
3. 2 written statements from some one that has knowledge of the relationship. They do not have to be a Citizen of the united states. I chose my mother which lives here and my fiance’s brother which lives in haiti

4. evidence of the relationship of 2 years. So I sent pictures of my travel itinerary. I sent pictures of passport the page with my passport info and sent all the pictures of the stamps of entry and leaving. I sent pictures of our relationship. We have a son together so I sent the birth certificate. And also passport info of entry and leaving the country. The pictures I put the month and year  and who is who in the picture. 
 

PS: Before I got the RFE I personally sent USCIS a letter stating that its about to be a year since my NOA1 so I sent them some evidence that I forgot to send in my application. I know for a fact that they received it because in the RFE letter they told me on the travel itineraries that I sent there was no year.

Please , will the beneficiary's birth certificate not included be a reason for RFE and since we've gotten an RFE on Feb 28th we haven't gotten the hardcopy delivered to the mailbox so that we can sort the RFE

You do not need the beneficiary birth certificate in the i129f packet.

Just curious, what evidence was required of meeting? I sent hotel reservations and airline tickets with the photos of our engagement. My lawyer said that it would be enough what you have sent is way more than I thought of.

 

also was the two written statements needed? I did not know if this.
