I called today and they told me my case is processing and I should hear back within 2 weeks.

Well. Even with 50 a day nearly half of the petitioners waiting should receive something. Not sure if that was helpful.

I wonder if US has any law related to timeline for decision of public filings or right of information.

Hey everyone, does anybody know when was the last time this spreadsheet was updated? It says there are 17500 cases (April to Sep), and due to the speed they're working, it will take them 10 months to reach September filers, now it's already been 6 months, so to total would be 16 months! That's crazy, I think we will be the unluckiest group ever!

the date that it was last updated is on the bottom of each chart. The most recent update was on March 2nd but only in the march and January chart.  For the other months it looks like the most recent updates were early/mid Feb.

Would you mind telling me which number you called and how long did you wait to talk to an officer?

I requested a call back from a tier 2 rep. You call the contact center and they place you in a queue. It takes about 30 days for a rep to call you back but they can see more than tier 1 at the contact center, so they give you more information. They also have direct contact to the CSC so they can send inquires that are responded to within a few says

So I received a RFE on February 18, 2022. Sent it and they will get it on 3/7/2022. How long before I will get that they received my documents & How long must I wait for an approval?

Not sure if it will be the same, but here's our experience to give you an idea:

Feb 4th - We were notify we got RFE

Feb 10th - We receive the letter by mail stating we missed a question about criminal record, even my fiance was sure he answered that.

Feb10th - No criminal record, so sent it back right away with 3 days priority mail.

Feb 16th - Delivered in the evening from tracking.

Feb 17th -  Updated the next day on the website that was received

Still waiting for respond... IMPATIENTLY 😆

I got that same answer when I called on Wednesday

As I drag myself through Day 362 I received this today from USCIS and it's the same reply that I have received on my previous 3 inquiries since late November.  They just frustrate the heck out of me with their lack of organization and understanding. 🤬

Call and request a callback from tier 2 .. they will submit and inquiry for you and request a case specific update instead of genetic response

I really urge you to call again and request to have your call escalated. There is no way that they can deny that request, not sure what happened the first time that you asked. It can take about 30 days for you to receive a callback from a T2 agent, but they will be able to provide more information than the T1 agent.
