I feel like when a group gets down to 50 cases they seem to move on to the next group, while doing like 1-2 cases a day in that group

Hy everyone.
I have a question about the birth certificate I have sent my birth certificate twice and both of the times is rejected. It's everything perfectly fine with the birth certificate except that my birth certificate is the haya Apostille convention and I sent only the front page. Do I have to be sent the back page also? Can someone has the same problem?

@NigYou have to send both pages, not only the certificate.

I got the text/email last wednesday that they would be contacting me within 1-2 business days to respond to my inquiry and still nothing!  I called today and was told I am still waiting in the que to be called back

i got a text on 1/26 saying a tier 2 officer would call me in 1-2 business days (would be by friday 1/28), but they ended up calling at 7am eastern time on 1/31 (the next monday) . USCIS is never timely!

I usually try to give them a few extra days but I got that text on 2/23 so after a week of no contact I finally called and was told I am still in the queue.

Yes, as expecting. I was looking into a few groups and I was getting flustered.

 

I did see a lot of updates in non I-129F filings, so unless this petition has a different system, I would put my money on the second option. Those are early January numbers and somehow It doesn't surprise me at all, and at this moment I don't have a lot of optimism left.

Today was definitely a slow day. We closed it out at 36 (+22) total updates, with the end of the day being mostly approvals that came through. Here's to hoping it was just a slight hiccup and not an indication of a new trend.
