It's a RFE

RFE is not an NOA2, it means they need more info on your case, maybe you missed something or they lost something

Hope everyone had a great weekend. Hope we have a great start to this fresh week and hope the approvals just start rolling in for everyone.

Just a question, does anyone know roughly how much longer it will take with the speed that the processing is going that they will finish march?

6 Weeks Average is 275/week, although it is inflated by a very good week.

Still, with this average it would take 4.6 weeks to touch the bulk of the remaining April filers. At this pace, we are looking at roughly 31st of March for the bulk of March to be fully processed.

That also means April filers are looking into having all their files "touched" close to the end of June.

So this mean the processing time 9-12months is going to get extended again. Because if April take until end of June that is over 12 months already

So just seeing how USCIS works, If they keep at this rate of 300-400 cases touched per week, I would say March has another 2-3 weeks. USCIS does not complete an entire month before they move on. They usually start moving and focusing on the next month when they have 500 petitions left in the previous month. But again no one knows what USCIS will do. April has a large number of petitions. We could only guess that they will start April at the 2nd to last week of March.

Indeed. My post was purely mathematical. USCIS will naturally start working on April filers before touching all March filers, as we may still have March leftovers for a more prolonged period.

However, only one week USCIS went above 400 cases. All other weeks it is falling below 300.

March had 4054 filers. April has 3733. So roughly at this pace should take a week less to process it than March. May has slightly less, 3034.

You are ignoring processing that is happening on other months (yes they are working on other months too).

In average they process between 90-110 cases per day across all rages including other months.

If they continue to process at current rate, they will finish with March by second/third week of March. April will probably start in third Week of March and be finished by the end of April.

Only reason they are processing March for so long is abysmal processing rate that happed from October untill December 2021.

Anyhow, February was the best month we had since September 2021.

Yes that is true.

However, if they are processing other months, the production of those months should not be factored when estimating when March filers would be (mathematically speaking) completed. Only March production would be relevant to guesstimate when March is going to be completed.

That is however, more true to April and onwards filers, that will start earlier.
