I don't think there is a time limit since it depends on how long it would take you to gather said evidence.

Hello,

Does anyone know how long it takes for the U.S. Embassy in Abu Dhabi to respond to a case transfer approval request email? It has been 2 weeks since I emailed them, but no response yet. Our case is now ready for interview at Embassy, but we are trying to transfer our case from the current Embassy to Abu Dhabi UAE.

You should follow-up with them.  If the case already left NVC, then your original embassy will have to transfer the case to Abu Dhabi.

I sent an email to both embassies, but haven't received any response yet. Should I email them again? How long should I wait before I send another email?

Biden just announced that US will accept 100K refugees from Ukraine. I can’t imagine this helps the USCIS wait time.

Anybody aware of USCIS has a set number of people working on K1 visas or do they move resources according to requirement?

Everything I've seen is my group for over a week has just been response to USCIS RFE received or likes of that, no approvals.

Scratch that it actually shows up as Mar 23 but it wasn't there yesterday when I checked so I got confused. 0 is correct...
