NOA1 March 8th here, really hoping to see something soon.

March 8 here as well. There are only 38 total petitions in my range group, so there is not all that much movement as with other groups that have 100+ petitions, so it is difficult to not feel a little left out. :( Although percentage wise, it is about as equal so I know it is on track but still!

Do you guys think that if I contact my Congressman for help, there will be any retaliation from USCIS on my case or no ?

I haven't heard back after I submitted my assistance request from Congress on 12/21.

Im Scared if I submit it, then they take more time to process it .

What should I do ?

It is pretty much the same as you submitting an inquiry yourself. It may or may not help, but it will not be a cause for delay, either.

Congratulations on your approval!!

For my most recent inquiry, I got the same response that you got for your second inquiry - and I also submitted it on December 17, lol. When did you receive that response?  I received that same response on December 30 and my NOA1 is March 8.

I’ve got response also on December 30. So maybe you are also super close to get NO2.

March 17th here and the percentage in 64000 is horrible!

You are in the latter half of March, though. They have been working primarily on early March with some of later March sprinkled in.

Eh, there's sort of late early-mid-late March going on here, the new trend seems to be for them to do as much of a section as possible before knocking down the next. With how large March is, I definitely think we'll see them taking three (or four) different 'whacks' at it (we're in the first now).

Edit: Color me surprised, case just approved in the 680x.

I am still learning how the groups are broken down I just have seen too many beyond my date 3/17 that have been approved (happy for them!) but frustrating for me LOL - I am hopeful they keep this pace I sent in another congressional inquiry to see if my case was actually assigned to an adjudicator or not!

True, for my sanity, I'm calling 3/17 mid march LOL but I am hoping they keep some type of pattern going here - wishing every march filer a response soon!
