Since I see your in Las Vegas, so am I, and I have done the K1 process for my wife, and helped a few other people. I may be able to help you out with the process in person after you meet and decide you want to proceed. And as a bonus when she does arrive here on the K1, I can do the marriage and get you the certificates same day. Message me and I can give you my contact information. But I agree with everyone else, definitely meet in person first and see how it goes. Maybe even meet twice to really get a feeling for how the relationship is going. I have done some contract work in Venezuela, and currently it isn't a great place to visit( and that was a few years ago), and getting a passport there is quite a feat in itself, so if she can pull off a passport that would be the first step. Anything government required is a matter of bribing the right official to get things done there from my experience. Remember, it got so bad the US closed up and left the embassy there because the situation was that bad, so meet first, and go from there. Best of luck, and when it comes time I can give you some pointers with the I-129F.

thank you ! I will keep that in mind . I know venezuela is not a great place to visit . That’s why she’s getting her passport so I can see her somewhere else . I sent her the money for the passport and it looks that she will be getting it (I hope) . If it does not work out between us , I’m glad that atleast I was able to help her somehow .

where does she take the medical exam?

In Bogota: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Supplements/Supplements_by_Post/BGT-Bogota.html Don't do it too early since it's only valid for 6 months.

btw after you meet and decide to do the k1 visa, you have to do the following before the medical (this should be the least of your concerns):

Fill out 129F - takes a few weeks

Wait for NOA1 - ~2-3 months

Wait for NOA2 - 7.5 - 9 months

Wait for NVC case number - ~1-2 months

Transfer of case to embassy - 1 month to a few months to even a year (depends on embassy)

Then medical

As you can see, you're at least a yr out from the medical. Your first meeting is really just that. It does not get her a visa. You both have to go through this long process to ensure that this is a legitimate relationship. Make sure you meet a few times before the interview

I like this post very much . I am investigating her . Although she lives in venezuela , she does not ask me for money . She seems to be good so far and she’s going to get her passport on April 15th . Now , does she take the medical exam in venezuela or Colombia ?. Lets say we meet on April and then she goes back to venezuela to wait for the paperwork , where does she take the medical exam? In Colombia or venezuela ? . I aware there is not an us consulate in venezuela .

The process will be in Bogota Colombia !

Medical Examination and Vaccination Requirements

In preparing for the interview, applicants will need to schedule and complete a medical examination. Before the issuance of an immigrant or K visa, every applicant, regardless of age, must undergo a medical examination which must be performed by an authorized panel physician. You will be provided instructions regarding medical examinations from the U.S. Embassy or Consulate where you will apply for your visa, including information on authorized panel physicians. See Medical Examination for more information, including a list of panel physicians by country, and frequently asked questions.

K visa applicants are encouraged to get the vaccinations required under U.S. immigration law for immigrant visa applicants.  Although such vaccinations are not required for K visa issuance, they will be required when adjusting status to that of legal permanent resident following your marriage. Applicants are therefore encouraged to fulfill these vaccination requirements at the time of the medical examination. See Vaccination Requirements for IV Applicants for the list of required vaccinations and additional information.

First she needs the Passport, after that she can do Dominican Republic or Mexico both are good options for Venezuelan

There is a caveat about Mexico.  Mexico does not require visas for Venezuelans HOWEVER, they also routinely deny entry to thousands of Venezuelans and other nationalities with "challenged" passports under the "we can deny entry to anyone" rule.  My Filipina wife and I became acutely aware of the unpleasant situation when she arrived in Mexico City last August for a vacation with me in Cancun, paperwork in order and with the full blessing of the Mexican Embassy in Manila.  She was unceremoniously denied entry on the basis they did not believe she was there as a tourist and she was very rudely thrown out like a criminal.  I was left standing at the exit from Customs in Mexico City and she was kept from any contact with me to clarify her trip.  Luckily we were ably to get refunded for our $2000 of prepaid resort reservations in Cancun.  I booked the next flight back to the US,  got my wife booked to Rio de Janeiro Brazil instead and flew down there to meet her.   As for visiting in Mexico, never again.  In researching what went wrong for us I discovered that  Mexico does routinely reject tens of thousands of travelers at their airports.   Venezuelans are one of the most rejected nationalities.  We feel my wife (fiancé at the time) was profiled by Mexican authorities because she was female, traveling alone, and claimed to be meeting a US boyfriend.  I'm guessing they were insinuating that she was in Mexico trying to make a run for the border which is ridiculous.   Just my experience, the vast majority of Venezuelans who try to visit Mexico are allowed in but thousands are not and being rejected for no reason on arrival at Mexico City airport is an ugly ugly ugly experience.

Yup, I recall that also happening to a EU national that was going to "quarantine" in MX for 2 weeks and then travel to the US with K-1:

In contrast, that 14 day "quarantine" path has worked countless times. For example:
