Technically, I can apply for N-400 next year while I have my conditional green card. What do you think about this guys?

If anyone has an answer to this, please comment. I have also been wondering about this topic. But the way it's written here, sounds like we could apply next year for the N-400.

Yes, you can apply for naturalisation while still in the process of removing conditions. Sometimes it even nudges the ROC along, from what I have read on this forum.

ROC Timeline:

Date format is MM/DD/YY

05/16/19 - Green Card Issue Date

03/10/21 - Sent ROC paperwork to Phoenix, AZ | USPS 2-Day Shipping

04/07/21 - NOA1 Text Messages Received

Help!!! My husband is a March filer and we received his package back  in the mail today as rejected bc I filled out one part incorrectly. ( I know ). They stapled a paper that we are invited to resubmit once I correct the mistake.

My question is: currently the green card he has is expired and now that we have to make the correction we are outside the window which they require to apply. Can I just correct my mistake and send it back ? They also sent back my money orders, can I just resend those as well??

I would make a copy of the rejection notice and add an explanation of why u r filing late (it was rejected first time and u r refiling and attach the copy of the rejection notice.) You can send the rest back as is after u corrected your mistake. Check for updated forms since u your initial filing was a month ago.

Hi We just got text notification with tracking number. Seems like MSC or Missouri.

Does anyone have any information about this center as it doesn't appear on USCIS page about processing times.
