We got an RFE notice today from CSC 😑

At least someone looked at our case? We filed through a lawyer and sent everything and then some the first time around.

The notice lists items they received, but also fails to mention a whole slew of other evidence we know was sent.

This is a bit frustrating.  .  .

Can you take a screenshot or list what evidence they’re requiring?

We sent bank statements, tax returns, drivers licenses, health/auto/home insurance, retirement accounts. Unfortunately, our area doesn't put 2 names on utility bills, we don't have kids, and I am the sole owner of the house... so we're kind of stuck. 😕

You can resend everything you already sent plus a letter where you explain the specifics of your relationship, like the house ownership and not having children. Even though it does not ask for it, and it is not considered strong evidence, you can include pictures, evidence of travel together -passport stamps, hotel bookings, boarding passes- and affidavits.

Once they receive your additional evidence, it might take 1 to 2 months for the approval.

Good luck!

Thanks!! CSC told us they recieved our photos and letters from friends/relatives. We are having our lawyer look at all our evidence again. They were surprised by the RFE response as well. The letter stated we didn't send complete bank statments, but we did-- we sent an entire year's worth!

Sometimes documents are lost throughout the process and it is possible that they want bank statements from each month you've been married.

In this case the only thing to do is send what they ask for even if it was sent already.
