Is anyone here same as my situation? We filed our I 751 last March 10 and mailed it same day. As per receipt date they received it last March 18 and sadly they're returned my application last Wednesday April 28 due to 90 day period thingy... And just received the a Rejection Notice letter from USCIS.
🤦‍♀️ It's pass the 90 day period coz they mailed it April 26...but still they returned it.

So, advice to those who wants to file they're I751 make sure you're in your 90 day period.

So you filed within the 90 days early window and they still rejected?

Based on you timeline, your card expires on June 25th., so you're still within the 90 days window.

Your earliest accepted filing date was March 27th.; that is why your packet was rejected.

You still have full 8 weeks to file again.

Yes, I think my lawyer mailed it March 10.

15 days earlier.

I know... the thing is they accepted it and returned it back to my lawyer. And my lawyer received it almost end of April. They could have just accepted it...

I think they really work based on "filing date" or maybe "received date" so if your filing date or received date outside of your window it will be automatically rejected. I knew another person that rejected because they receive the document just 1 day earlier from 90days windows. well it is what it is now.. send it back as soon as possible.

Good luck

This is why I don't use immigration lawyers, and rely on VJ instead! How can this be their job and they make this mistake?! I would demand a refund.

Not a single lawyer I spoke with had any idea what DCF was; I had to school one on what it was and how it worked - at that point I chose to save my money and just learn and do it myself. It really wasn't that hard. Neither was this removal of conditions process.

Just my two cents.
