That’s super fast. You got interviewed for the 2 years green card? I751 normally waive

Really! I think everyone got interviewed for the conditional green card but still some get interview for the 10-years card as well. Am I right ?

HI! Where are people finding the processing times for the Field Offices/Service Centers? I'm at MSC but cannot find the times on the USCIS website and I was curious! The range it's giving is 17-35 months.

Thanks in advance!

Hi Tio! Thank you. That's where I was originally- the NBC/MSC are not listed to give processing times. It's only giving a drop down for California, Nebraska, Potomac, Texas and Vermont. I wasn't sure how some people were getting the processing times for the National Benefits Centre/MSC and if I was missing something elsewhere

So I still have not received NOA2, the one for biometrics...

Does the delivery speed of this strictly depend on your service center? Mine is WAC and I think it's taking longer time to arrive.

Did you see any updates about the biometric on your online account? It looks like the NOA2 is taking about 6 months rn for WAC filers....sigh.... hang in there!

Check was cashed early this morning and received a text update that they got our package! :) Great way to start this Friday! If you got your NOA1 already, how long did it take between the check getting cashed and the NOA1 in the mail?

So, my check was cash on the same day I received the text message (3/25). However, I actually received the letter almost 30 days after (4/22). And the actual Notice Date of 4/15.

So I got my NOA1 at 26th April

It said

Received date ( 4/1 )

Notice date ( 4/21 )

what does that mean ? Should I count from April 1st or 21th ?

As I know that biotmetric Notice would be with one month but not sure from which date I should count ?

April 1st or 21th

April 21 because 1st is when they received the package and 21 is when they entered you on the system. This also makes you an April filer and you can see other April filers in this spreadsheet as well as enter your information if you wish: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1uJwpaHzGIuuvbVMXK5h-F8KH3hCh88kMxpxC4uOJOk8/edit#gid=0

Is anyone here same as my situation? We filed our I 751 last March 10 and mailed it same day. As per receipt date they received it last March 18 and sadly they're returned my application last Wednesday April 28 due to 90 day period thingy... And just received the a Rejection Notice letter from USCIS.
🤦‍♀️ It's pass the 90 day period coz they mailed it April 26...but still they returned it.

So, advice to those who wants to file they're I751 make sure you're in your 90 day period.
