If anyone has an answer to this, please comment. I have also been wondering about this topic. But the way it's written here, sounds like we could apply next year for the N-400.

Is the question, can you apply for N-400 while your removal of conditions is pending? If so, then yes absolutely you can.

I think they try to send you NOA notice , but perhaps your address is incorrect, USPS can not deliver to you then back to USCIS, you should follow their instructions to resend to you, I think it will be ok

Okay. Thanks for your reply.😊👍

Ok, thanks. The package arrived (via UPS) to USCIS on March 26th.

Update here is that I did receive the NOA, on April 20th. I did not receive any email or text notification, most likely because they didn't see my electronic consent form? I think it was at the rear/end of the package. Maybe a tip to others is to put that first, together with the check. Cheers.

My husbands name is listed as petitioner and beneficiary on the extension letter for his green card.  Is that how it always is?

We applied jointly for the I751 (I’m US citizen spouse) Thanks

Yep, that's how it's supposed to be.

Just wanna make sure Fedex Package was signed correctly, not sent to wrong place, one lady one Facebook said her went to wrong place and lost it which also took two months no updates.

Looks like it went to the right place. I also used fedex and was signed for by f. brown and the address on the notification is the same as yours.

Hey everyone.

Am I going nuts or did the processing time for the Vermont Service Center went down a month? I think I remember seeing 7.5 months to 15.5 months before, but it's now at 14.5. Can someone double check this?

EDIT: I think it did go down! For the Texas Service Center, for example, it was showing 5 months minimum before and it's now at 4 months! So, I think this is pretty good news for everyone!!!!

Hey everyone!

So, my check was cashed last Friday, the 16th. Overnighted my packet on the 19th of March, received the 20th.

Forgot to include the G-1145, so naturally haven't received a text. But the check was cashed a week ago and I still haven't received the NOA. Should I just chalk this down to the ongoing USPS delays? Or should I be giving someone a call to see what's going on?

Thanks!

Check was cashed early this morning and received a text update that they got our package! :) Great way to start this Friday! If you got your NOA1 already, how long did it take between the check getting cashed and the NOA1 in the mail?
