Our check was cashed on Friday the 16th, and no text or NOA received yet. Anyone seen anything similar?

Not out of the ordinary. NOA is probably on its way. When did you send your documents; just curious.

Ok, thanks. The package arrived (via UPS) to USCIS on March 26th.

I don’t think it’s related to check or credit card. Just we are two bad luck guys here. I thought Texas was fastest.

Apparently not that fast 🤣. I wouldn't lose hope. So, hang in there! You never know it might just be around the corner!

Since we both use Fedex, so could you confirm with me that the package was signed by same guy? Now I am little worried about fedex delivered to USCIS or not, haha. Today I called USCIS again, the lady told me no any record in the system, I am planning to send the package again before I travel out of USA

I would just wait until the 6 weeks are up and then contact them again

Even contact them , they can do nothing, I chatted with on line live chat and called them by phone, they  just copied very official standard answer, my 6 weeks almost done. And my flight will be 05/07/2021 Two weeks later to my country for at least three months. If they send me NOA after I leave, I will let my wife to send me the scanning copy by email.

Yes, mine shows the same person signed by. I believe that's same for lot of folks here as well.

Ok, at least, now our packages were delivered to USCIS, not somewhere else. So just need to wait, hope next week will be us!!!

I think it means that they couldn't deliver your receipt notice for whatever reason. So they sent it back to USCIS. Follow the instructions in the notification to request it be resent. Ensure that your address is accurate especially if you live in an apartment or gated community.
