Just checked and our Service Center (YSC), Potomac, has an average I-751 processing time of 19-22 months!  Anyone know how that works with an 18-month I-797 Extension letter?

I mean, at the end of the 18-month extension period (while Potomac is presumably still processing the case), are you then out of status until Potomac decides?  Or do they send another extension letter prior to the expiration of the 18-month extension?

Someone already mentioned the infopass appointment but I just wanted to add that you are not out of status when the extension expires. You can continue to work as normal, but obviously if you intend to travel you will need the stamp.

ROC Timeline:

Date format is MM/DD/YY

05/16/19 - Green Card Issue Date

03/10/21 - Sent ROC paperwork to Phoenix, AZ | USPS 2-Day Shipping

04/07/21 - NOA1 Text Messages Received

Package sent: March 8th

Package received: March 11th

Credit Card Payment: April 5th

No text notification and/or letter (I did send G-1145 form).

Same here ours they say was returned the same day it was delivered then lost by UPS or a rouge worker in the sorting facility destroyed it.

I did. I have read about people getting their application rejected because they only included the last few months. I'd include everything and let USCIS decide what they want to scan/keep.

Mostly they will not reject application  because of only few months bills. If they wanna more, they will ask you to provide more in the future

Right, my apologies. I did mean to say that those people got RFEs :).

I'm not CA filer but yours will arrive soon. Sure some are getting theirs sooner but there are plenty applicants who got their NOAs later than some. Just see the previous months threads. They eventually got their checks cashed or credit cards charged albeit later and subsequently received the NOA

Patience my friend :)

Mar 15 - Package dropped at Fedex

Mar 18 - Package delivered  to USCIS

Check hasn't been cashed as of yet.

No NOA!

It's been over a month. Should I contact USCIS or wait another week?

We are totally same situation, my package was delivered to USCIS by Fedex on 03/15, till today no any updates, check hasn’t been cashed , I think we are the bad luck ppl here, you are the first one who applied in middle of March still hasn’t received NOA like me, even someone left message to me they delivered on 03/27 already cashed. May I ask which state you from? I am from CA. Today I contacted USCIS representative on line chat, she asked my A number and name, after checked, she told me could not find any record in the system, said I should wait which was quite normal right now in 60 days. So nothing they can do. I am anxious like you, god bless us to get NOA ASAP.

I'm from Texas. 60 days just to get the receipt? I wonder why others are getting their receipts and not us.  Could it be linked to the payment method? I see most the folks here who got their receipts have got their credit cards charged and you and I have sent checks.
