I have  question. After One and half year of admin processing for IR1 visa. Embassy mail me for visa photos and for medical examination. And they said they want I have to complete the following things before final review for issuance of visa. Will it possible to denie my visa or they will issue the visa......?

You will definitely be issued after submitting. Are you sure they didn’t ask for a new police report also??

I know you’re only trying to reassure the OP, but you cannot possibly know this.   It is definitely possibly for it still to be denied.

… then you wait, stay positive and pray (if you are religious). Nobody here can answer what the exact decision will be. But if they have not denied you yet and have asked for photos and medical then you have a high chance of approval.  It is unlikely they will ask for those if they want to deny you upfront.  I know the process can be stressful but you have to stay positive and not over analyze what the final outcome will be. Once you have done everything correctly, there is only one other thing to do … wait for their decision.

07 Nov 2019 - IR-1 Submittes Online / Priority Date
17 July 2020 - I-130 Approval Notice (Nebraska Service Center)
15 Sept 2020* - Submitted documents to NVC
01 Oct 2020 -  Case FE Review note: Request to submit marriage termination document.
01 Oct 2020 -  Spouse divorce papers submitted
01 Oct 2020 - DOCUMENTARILY QUALIFIED

Notes:
* Foreign police clearance lost by Fedex - delayed submission to NVC by 6 weeks.
